Fully appointed **4 BR, 2 Bath** Pebble Beach home just off famous 17-Mile Drive. Fully fenced, 1/3 acre property - quiet, private and peaceful. Wonderful 2 story, 2800 sq ft contemporary home designed for great western views of the ocean. Almost every room opens to wrap around decks. Relax, catch an amazing sunset or listen to the Pacific Ocean and the sea lions!

Spacious Living Room with lots of seating, soaring ceilings, skylight, floor-to-ceiling windows, great Ocean views, granite fireplace and 65” smart tv.
Family Room provides another comfortable gathering space with leather couches, 65” smart tv/DVD player, DVDs and lots of board games. With separate fully equipped kitchen and sun deck with gas BBQ grill and lots of outdoor seating.

Large, sunny Kitchen is fully equipped with Jenn Air stove top, oven and microwave. French door refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, trash compactor. Lots of counter space, pantry, eat-in bar area and great windows and skylight. Dining area with seating for 10 and extra chairs available.

Four (4) Bedrooms with deluxe comfy beds and linens - King, King, Queen, Queen, (plus 3 twin rollaway beds and 2 fold-out mats). Six HDTVs —each bedroom, Living Room and Family Room (65”, 65”, 60”, 55”, 32”, 32”). Primary bedroom has en-suite bathroom and dressing area. Sliding glass doors to deck and great Ocean views.
2nd bathroom has two rooms with tub/shower combo.
Loaded with amenities including 2 bottles of
wine and chocolates at arrival, fast WiFi, 6 HDTVs w/DVRs, Victrola w/ Bluetooth speakers, Bose Wave, DVDs and much more.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful

I have never stayed in a more well appointed and completely accurate VRBO!! This is a great house- My family and I 4 adults, 2 teens and dog found this place amazing. Views, spotlessly clean, everything in the kitchen(s) and duplicates in some cases. Extra of everything- treats and wine left for us- Communication was great- everything. Marcia responded within minutes. There is room for 4 "normal" sized cars- 2 in the garage and no issues with parking- do not worry! A enjoyable trip - one of my best with VRBO.

Great location inside pebble beach

An older home and dated as the photos show. No surprises and good communication. Well managed and very clean. Only issue was driveway is extremely steep and there is no way to get a sports car down safely, had to park on street. Overall exactly as expected and good Value during car week.

Nice home

Had a great 2 night stay and this is a wonderful location to see Monterey and Carmel. Home was well stocked with supplies and as described in the listing. Everyone enjoyed watching the hummingbirds— so many of them! Garage was big and able to hold two SUVs easily but our third car gave a warning that the parking brake wouldn’t hold due to the steepness of the driveway so you may need to maneuver a bit if you are parking a third car. Would stay here again for sure.

Pebble Beach is a beautiful pine forest right on the Pacific Ocean. Quiet, peaceful, private, and located on a lovely 1/3 acre lot, and it's just a few minutes away from Carmel, Monterey and Pacific Grove. This home is spacious enough for the whole extended family, yet provides cozy gathering places in the Living Room, Family Room and Decks. With wrap around decks, there are great ocean and forest views from just about every room. We always enjoy our time here and always look forward to coming back to Pebble Beach!

Great location in Pebble Beach, very quiet and private. Comfortable and peaceful. Enough space for privacy, and several great gathering areas to enjoy. Watching amazing sunsets and beautiful views over the Pacific Ocean, listen to the ocean and the barking sea lions. Easy walk to the beaches, and hiking trails are just steps away. Walk to several golf courses - Poppy Hills, Spyglass Hill, Monterey Peninsula Country Club (MPCC). Pebble Beach Golf Links is just 1.2 miles away. Carmel, Monterey and Pacific Grove are only a 5-minute drive.
