Great property. Excellent security. 5 bathroom and each bedroom has an en-suite shower. It in the middle of a great neighbor for food parks.

We did a family & friends trip and the location was great. We walked to excellent nearby restaurants, bakeries, and coffee places. There was lots of shared space to hang out in the flat, and plenty of light thanks to the windows and main balcony. Every bedroom had its own bathroom (plus 1!), which was great, too. Worked great for us!

The perfect place for a large group. Each room has its own bathroom. Nice location. Walkable to great restaurants. Secure building. We loved our stay!

What a fabulous apartment! The location in Roma Norte could not have been better- close to great restaurants, shopping, etc. The place is just as advertised- 4 bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms- and a huge living room, kitchen combo. There is a laundry room inside the apartment as well with new and large washer and dryer. Kitchen is modern and well- equipped. There is no air conditioning, so not sure how that would feel in the dead of winter, but there are large, modern fans in each room. We were there in early October and the fans sufficed. Elevator opens directly into the apartment but we usually walked the short, single flight up. There is a security person at the front desk/ lobby 24/7 who answers the buzzer to let guests in, making the apartment feel especially secure. I had a few questions for the hosts while there and they answered my messages immediately.

The location and the apartment are excellent. Unfortunately, the listing was temporarily delisted perior to our arrival. Thus, the reminder for the final payment was not done on time. Because of this, I got the message to pay the final amount and sign the guest form late the night before we arrived and finally got the check-in instructions after midnight the night before. In addition, guests should know that the plumbing is old and toilet paper cannot be flushed. There is a garbage can next to the toilet for used toilet paper. A minor inconvenience. On the other hand, we had a family emergency and had to stay an extra day. The host was kind enough to let us stay that extra day (of course we had to pay for it).
