- EXTREMADAMENTE IMPORTANTE: Dentro de la propiedad no se permite consumir, comprar ni vender ningún tipo de sustancia ilícita para la ciudad de México.
- El huésped que reserva debe enviar foto de su ID antes de su llegada, así como la de todas las personas que se hospedarán junto con el o ella. No se requieren IDs de menores de edad.
- Prohibido fumar dentro de la propiedad.
- No se admiten eventos ni fiestas.
- Prohibida la música a alto volumen a toda hora.
- Esta prohibido desmaquillarse o remover cualquier sustancia con las toallas de baño, si alguna queda manchada se hará el cobro respectivo.
- Si piensas recibir visitas, por favor avísanos con un día de anticipación. También será muy importante que nos proporciones una fotografía de su ID.
- La convivencia dentro del departamento debe de ser tranquila, sin música a alto volumen ni ruidos que molesten a los vecinos. Así mismo, al entrar y salir del edificio así como durante el uso de elevadores, se deberá hacer con el mayor silencio posible.

- Al entrar o salir de la propiedad y/o el edificio, mantener silencio para evitar incomodar a los vecinos.

- The reserving guest must send a photo of his/her ID prior to arrival, as well as that of all persons who will be staying with him/her. IDs of minors are not required.

- Loud music is prohibited at all times.
- It is forbidden to remove makeup or remove any substance with bath towels, if any is stained will be charged accordingly.
- If you plan to receive visitors, please let us know one day in advance. It will also be very important that you provide us with a picture of your ID.
- Please respect the neighbors on the street and in the building.
- When entering or leaving the property and/or the building, keep quiet to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
