House with pool in gated community next to the mountain of the sea in the Garden neighborhood 5km away from the center of Ubatuba, lots of nature and space to walk. A cottage on the beach. A suite with bath two more bedrooms and a large mezzanine used as a bedroom, and barbecue.

Tanto o condomínio quanto o imóvel são incríveis.

Minha família teve quatro dias de muito conforto e segurança. O condomínio é muito seguro e tranquilo, perfeito para conciliar trabalho remoto, família e praia . A casa é perfeita e tudo muito bem organizado e limpo. Devo ressaltar que a automação da área de lazer foi muito bem pensada. O som foi distribuído na área de lazer e conta com sistema Bluetooth e da churrasqueira você consegue habilitar facilmente as luzes da piscina e a hidromassagem. Parabéns Fabrício.

Uma casa linda, arrumada e limpa. Área de lazer e piscina bem cuidados, quartos espaçosos e cozinha completa. Eu e minha família nos sentimos em casa, uma ótima opção para desfrutar da natureza, ficar tranquilos, e claro perto de lindas praias. Perto de padarias, mercados, posto de gasolina, sorveterias e várias outras coisas. O anúncio mostrou exatamente como é, sem mentiras ou golpes. Adorei a viagem com certeza voltaremos, e o mais importante os proprietários são de confiança e super simpáticos... Recomendo!

Superou nossas expectativas, em relação as casas as quais já alugamos. Começando pela limpeza e organização e pela atenção dada, desde o início da transação. Ótima localização, ambiente seguro e familiar, o que nos deixou bastante surpresos. E não parou por ai, a surpresa final foi poder levar as crianças para andar em uma caminhada pela mata. Muito bom.
