We enjoyed our stay at the quaint cottage. The fees were reasonable and the close location to the beach was great. The air conditioning was a bit warm so we opened the windows and doors which helped in March. We would like to stay there again.

Everything was as advised! The cottage was clean close to the beach and too Flagler avenue. We stayed 10 nights although we hit some of the coldest weather New Smyrna has had in years we still managed to enjoy ourselves.

Quaint and clean space with amazing balcony to simply relax on. Surprisingly large bathroom, ample kitchen space - it really is the perfect cottage. The staircase up to the cottage is a little narrow which made me nervous about banging our luggage on the walls going up.

Quiet, sooo comfortable, easy access to beach for sunrise and sunset and all day. The House offers peace, cleaniness, sleep-your-morning-away bed, and easy kitchen with all that's needed. Favorite spot - out on the deck early morning to see sunrise colors, late evening to watch the stars and moon. Nothing like it!

Shannon and Corinne bought this historic beauty from Anne and Richard in 2020. Shannon is a commercial pilot and Corinne is a former Coast Guard pilot. The live with their 3 children, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and chinchilla ;) in the main house. They are available if you need them. I they are out of town on a trip someone else will be available if needed.

This house is a unique historic property with an abundance of charm. It's close to everything you would want to do while visiting NSB. Shopping, dining, beach biking, surfing, are all steps away.

Close to the beach, Flagler Avenue, the river... it is the best spot in New Smyrna Beach!
