High-End Amenities:

Guests have full access to a washer and dryer, outdoor grill, and blazing fast 250 Mbps WiFi. The WiFi mesh network allows seamless connectivity throughout the home and on the deck. Additional high-end amenities include a Keurig and drip coffee maker, sauna, hot tub, pool table, and more. The Hideaway offers privacy while providing access to all Big Bass Lake amenities. The driveway accommodates parking for up to 6 cars. Window and portable AC units are available in all bedrooms and the main living area.

Big Bass Community:

Electric or non-motorized boats are allowed on Big Bass Lake. Enjoy amenities such as beaches, fishing, an outdoor pool, tennis courts, splash pad, hiking trails, clubhouse with American Grill, fitness center, sledding/tubing hill, and ice skating. While we cover the association's general fee, a pass is required for amenities, costing $8-$10/day/person for ages 7 and up. Guest registration is required with documentation submitted four days before check-in to avoid a $100 late fee.



House Rules:

To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep outside noise to reasonable levels. Outdoor noise monitors are in place. A minimum age of 25 years is required, with the majority of guests needing to be above this age, except for families with children. Parking is limited to 6 cars, and no RVs or pets are allowed. The maximum number of guests is 12, regardless of age.

We aim to provide an impeccably functioning home that is superbly clean with everything you should need to unwind and relax. We will send a guest book (post booking) with everything we provide, including pictures of everything included in the kitchen.
