This super-clean, 2 bedrooms 2nd floor apartment, sleeps 4 adults plus 1 child annd 1 baby.. While we cater to and fully accommodate children, we do charge for all children regardless of age. If you are traveling with children under 2, please list them as children, not infants, as Homeaway leaves it up to the host and does not automatically charge children under two. 2 TV’s with ROKU. We are completely smoke and pet-free. The bus at the corner accesses all areas of Philadelphia. This apartment has alll hardwood floors, toys, and books, a pack & play, high-chair, tub, baby gate and pretty much anything you and your family will need. We offer driveway parking, and the area offers ample shopping and restaurants, in a safe suburban Philadelphia area.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please lock the knob and the bolt and return key to lockbox turning the dials to conceal the code and pull the screen door shut behind you, as it doesn’t always shut completely
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
After 11PM we are sleeping below the two smaller bedrooms. Please remove your shoes when walking in the hallway and keep noise to a minimum.
Door must always be locked. If you are out for the day or in for the night, lock both locks.
Checkout: remove trash, run dishwasher, & leave apt as you found it. Instructions for trash and recycling bins is on the refrigerator.

Great location

Great location close to the city. Quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. It’s an older home so the floors were quite squeaky, but it was clean and comfortable.

Perfect Stay

This location was perfect. It is close to Phili for the Penn Relay events as well as close to outlet shopping. It is a very safe area with ample off-street private parking. I will likely return here again next year for next year's event.

Wonderful apartment near Philly

Sesame Place trip

Noisy floors

Place was good however downfall with small kids the floors are very loud to walk on. So it was a little hard after putting them to bed to move around. Other than that the place was great. Would stay again.

Great experience

We had a very comfortable stay at the property. It had everything we needed, was clean, and the owner was easily to communicate with and very accommodating. The area is quiet. Definitely recommend and would stay again upon our return to Philadelphia.

Very nice place

This is our second time staying at this property while visiting relatives. It has everything that a person would need for a stay and is exactly like shown in the listing. Communication with the owner Mary was excellent. We had no issues at all and would highly recommend this property.

Just what we ordered!

Certainly a nice place to stay on our family trip back East. Hosts were responsive, and everything was as stated in the description with comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and 2 TVs even. Cedar Road respite

Everything was great. Nice, clean, as advertised apartment in a wonderful, walkable neighborhood. Close to horse stables and lots of open space, as well as shops and market. Would definitely recommend. Host Mary is awesome.

Wonderful property with all the amenities we were hoping for. We had mistakenly booked only one night (meant to book two) but fortunately, the property owner worked with us to secure a second night. Love the area, too.

Spacious 3-bedroom apartment in nice neighborhood

Our accommodations were great! The apartment was very kid-friendly for our young son. We didn't have to worry about packing many things because Mary had it all available to us. It is also located within 30-45 minutes to Philadelphia so it was convenient to drive into the city for activities. But if you want to stay nearby, there are also some nice parks, restaurants and a grocery store very close by. I highly recommend this property.

Very clean and comfortable!

My mom and I were in Philadelphia for a week to visit my daughter at Temple. We didn’t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Center City nor pay hotel prices for 7 nights. This apartment was perfect and we each had our own bedroom. The only downfalls were extremely poor TV reception and the thinnest TP I’ve ever seen, but I can’t complain...the price was right. I’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place!

We had a wonderful stay! Mary was extremely helpful and gracious. The apartment was the perfect size for our little family and it was great for each of our kids to have their own rooms. Not having to pack our booster seats and pack and plays for our little ones was such a relief, too! Everything was clean and in working order. The apartment was the perfect location for easy access to many area attractions, including Sesame Place (which was the point of our trip). We also had a chance to visit an area park which was also well maintained and fun for the little ones. Thank you again, Mary, for a wonderful trip!

Loved the property.

The property is a full apartment with 3 bedrooms. She even has one bedroom that would be ideal if you have little ones. She has the changing table, toys, books - everything. Made me wish we had little ones to use them! :) Mary was gracious enough to have the refrigerator stocked with eggs and creamer, along with coffee and tea for that first morning when you haven't had a chance to shop yet. It was a quiet property in a residential area. It would be best if you had your own transportation but I think there was public transit not too far away (we didn't need it so I don't know). We would definitely come stay here again if we travel to Philadelphia again. Thanks Mary!
