Las Brisas is situated on the fairway within The Currituck Club in Corolla. The property features a 16' x 32' private pool enclosed in a fenced area with a locking gate, as well as a private hot tub. Guests can enjoy all the amenities of The Currituck Club, which includes access to community pools, tennis courts, and trolley service to the beach during the summer months.

The home boasts a screened porch, a poolside loggia complete with a wet bar and grill, and three Master Suites. Entertainment options abound with numerous electronics, including TVs, DVD players, Wi-Fi, outdoor speakers, and a gas fireplace (available in off-season only.) The recreational room includes a pool table and Foosball, an iPod dock, a wet bar with an under-counter refrigerator, a multi-port ceramic shower, a den with a sleeper sofa, a pack-n-play, a high chair, an enclosed outdoor shower, and beach chairs.

This spacious and elegant home provides everything you could desire for the perfect vacation. Host gatherings with family and friends in the well-equipped rec room, relax in the hot tub, enjoy your own private pool, explore extensive illuminated trails, and observe local wildlife. With so many amenities, this beautiful home will make you want to return time and time again.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Parking for 4-5 cars. All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

The home was adequate and as described. In need of updating of the interior. The kitchen was well stocked but beds and furnishings were lacking. The home sleeps up to 15, I believe, but the living spaces were not suitable for that number. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable however the outside bar is dated and dirty. Enjoyed the many decks and chairs. As with all homes at the beach, the decks are covered with spiders and other bugs, both living and dead. I wish these areas were cleaned before each guests arrival. A broom is all it would take as I did it myself. I enjoyed bringing my two dogs and was pleased there wasn't any animal smells from previous pet guests. I see there's a no pet policy for 2018. Perhaps the owner is planning some interior updating? The Currituck Club is a beautiful neighborhood close to shopping and the ocean. I've stayed there for many years and will be back, but in a different property. So many beautiful homes to choose from.

I am pleased to hear Lynn you enjoyed the pool and hot tub, along with beautiful neighborhood of The Currituck Club. I am sorry however, for the condition of the outside decks as you mentioned. We do have an area wide issue with bugs and spiders at times, from the higher than normal amounts of rain we have been experiencing this season. Our operations team has scheduled to assess and pressure wash the decks as needed, and please never hesitate to contact our office, as we would love the opportunity to address anything needed while you are still here. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

June 2016 Stay

We stayed at Las Brisas June 11-18. The house could not have been more perfect for our group. There was plenty of room for all 12 of us. The pool was beautiful and the house was emmaculate. Easy access to the beach via trolley or short drive. Amazing Currituck Valet service at the beach to help tote all of our junk. I will DEFINITELY be back!

This place is great. I've stayed in at least four different houses in the Currituck Club and this one is definitely the best. Biggest pool by far and it is gorgeous. The Internet was also fast enough that we had no problem hooking up our Roku to the TV and watching Netflik, HBO, etc even with my teenage sons spending more time playing online games than at the beach. Beach parking is tight, but the trolley service works well and seems to be expanded this year. The caddy service will load up all your gear and take it to the beach for you. Don't forget to tip. They are mostly college interns. The kitchen was more than adequate for our cooking needs. We probably made 7 or 8 meals for our group which consisted of 12 people. Beds were comfortable, hot water in the shower worked great, A/C worked great. What more do you want?

Have stayed here four years in a row. The house is perfect for a crowd! Pool is sparkling and well-kept, beds are comfortable and hot water is plentiful. Nice, large, open kitchen with spacious dining area connected to the great room makes entertaining easy and cooking for a crowd a snap! The neighborhood trolley to the beach is a great amenity, but it is also easy and convenient to drive to the Beach access area and have the super-friendly staff do all the carrying for you. Looking forward to next year already!

What a week.. Loved staying at this house- our favorite ever!! Great location and community. Went for long walks in the morning and beach then pool.. Did it all, there were 13 of us.. Thanks for opening your home to us- this is our first time in this area usually stay in corolla light-- no longer -- this is our new choice..
