Beachcomber unit 506

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from this fifth floor Gulf front condo on the beach with full ocean views from every room. The living and dining rooms, decorated in Florida contemporary style, and the two bathrooms are all recently remodeled.

The living room has a 55" smart TV. The master bedroom with its en suite bath and the living room each have sliding glass doors that open onto a 34 foot balcony overlooking the pool, beach, and the blue Gulf waters.
The balcony has a glass-paneled railing to allow uninterrupted views of the ocean from the interior. The master bedroom has a tropical flair, the second bedroom has a nautical decor, and the fully-equipped kitchen,, has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. To add to the relaxing atmosphere, ceiling fans provide a gentle breeze in each room.

On behalf of our guests and owners that suffer from asthma and allergies, no pets are allowed on the property. No exceptions! $300 fine.

Please note: We do not allow Sunday or holiday arrivals and require a 7 night minimum stay.

Beach front units are available to reserve online up to ten (10) months in advance, however you may call or contact us directly for a reservation up to twelve (12) months in advance.

Fantastic location, right on the beach. The condo is not huge, but had everything we needed, including cooking basics (oil, spices, etc.). The hosts have everything labeled, making it easy to find things. Although the weather was very cold (record lows for Florida!), we enjoyed our stay and were able to walk the beach several days, and we were able to use the beach chairs and enjoy a little sun.

Longboat Key vacay

The building was smaller, only 5 stories so not too many people around. Perfect view of the sunset every night. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Very easy to get around.

This is our second time staying at The Beachcomber. Great beach, great location with easy access to Sarasota and Bradenton. Two bedroom condo for 4 adults was perfect. Covered patio area downstairs with a wonderful and constant breeze. Pool area small but nice. Enjoyed some beautiful sunsets.

The room was nice and the view from the balcony was stunning. Had a manatee swim right up to us. Wish the bathrooms were larger. Hard for bigger people.

Lovely Condo Building

Overall this property was amazing. Beach and pool were beautiful. The condo was nice. Only negative was the beds and furniture in the condo were worn and not very comfortable. The property managers were wonderful.

Wonderful view and accommodation.

Perfect spot with perfect beach access. The condo provided plenty of space for all our beach and other gear. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. We will definitely be back.
