Located beach front on beautiful Longboat Key, this resort offers all the amenities of a large hotel with the privacy and seclusion that has Silver Sands guests returning each year. Relax on our private beach, walk on our soft white sand, take a dip in our heated beachside pool, or enjoy a complimentary chaise lounge and beach umbrella while breathing in the fresh salt-water air. Practice your golf game on our putting green or relax on our beautiful beach with your favorite novel. Wireless Internet access is available in the privacy of your individual unit, at the garden area or on the pool deck, so guests can read email, surf the Internet and soak up the Florida sun all at the same time!

Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of Silver Sands #232 will have temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.

Great Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great unit for 2 people. So close to the beautiful beach on the Gulf and the complex has a very nice pool. Like that we were able to check out a beach umbrella from the office and the beach chairs were provided in the unit for our use. For a fantastic meal at a very reasonable price, try Hugo II for lunch or dinner - just make a reservation for dinner.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here a few times before. No complaints love the smaller places over the huge high rise condos. However the geckos or small lizards had a home under the stove in this particluar room. No problem with lizards. Its the fecal matter that is the peoblem. Set up some sticky traps and catch them.

A Nice Little Place

The property is accurately described, nice front room with kitchenette. The bedroom is fine and the bathroom too. Folks at the office are very nice and helpful. We liked the access to Cedars tennis, a very nice feature. We enjoyed using the pool and grill cooking and the beach is nice too. We will go back.
