Once Upon A Tide: Private Pool, Brand New Hot Tub, Dog-friendly, Club Amenities!

Update for 2025: A brand new hot tub will be installed in January!

Once Upon A Tide is a tastefully furnished and well-maintained home located in the Magnolia Bay neighborhood of The Currituck Club - a great neighborhood for outdoor activities, walking, running and riding bikes. After a day at the beach, come home and relax on the screened-in porch, take a dip in the private pool, or soak away your worries in the bubbly hot tub. Fabulous restaurants, shopping and a variety of family-friendly activities are nearby.

During the summer months, getting to the beach is easy with the complimentary trolley and beach valet services (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). The nearby trolley stop with gazebo is located just steps away in the cul-de-sac at the end of the street. Once you arrive at the beach, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear. But the beach is just the beginning! The Currituck Club offers a variety of other recreation options that will give everyone in your group something to look forward to, including five community pools located throughout the community. The Fitness Center is the hub of all activities in the Currituck Club and provides guests with year-round amenities, making Once Upon A Tide an ideal choice for off-season visits.

Pets allowed - dogs only. No smoking/vaping. Garage not available for guest use. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

Nice place, in my opinion its over priced compared to the other place we stayed before. The pool was ok, cold, the area around the pool had bird mess every where including the chairs. Love the screen porch. Inside was good space .

The natural beauty of the Outer Banks is one of the many reasons is it a special place, but unfortunately sometimes the evidence of nature around the pool is not the most pleasant, and we apologize for this. The house was awesome for our family. The pool was the perfect size and we had a ton of fun. This is definitely one we would rent again.
