A flagstone patio is equipped with a gas grill for cookouts and adirondack chairs surrounding a fire pit for gathering in the evenings. Best of all, getting to the beach will be quick and easy using the nearby path to the Sturgeon Street beach access, just a five-minute walk from the house. Use the beach cart to easily transport all of your toys, snacks and gear for a full day of sun, sand and surf.

When you come home from the beach, relax in the comfortably furnished living area featuring an open-concept layout, hardwood flooring and vaulted ceilings. It leads out to an east-facing sun deck where you can enjoy a horizon view of the ocean and a refreshing coastal breeze. When you're not dining out, prepare meals in the well-stocked kitchen and serve at the dining table for eight or al fresco on the screened porch. The top-level primary bedroom also provides deck access as well as an ensuite bath for plenty of privacy. Three additional bedrooms on the mid-level (including a second ensuite) will comfortably accommodate family and friends, and the den can be used as a second living area or kid's hangout space.
