October 2018 Stay

Rally liked the layout of the house, very comfortable. However, only top floor master has tv in bedroom and grill is charcoal at ground level. During our stay, it was dark by dinner time and there were no lights that reached the location. Other features like kitchen, beds, etc were very good and view of bay is excellent.

We had a lovely week! The house was absolutely wonderful and had all the extra amenities we love in the house especially the hot tub and the elevator! We had a problem with a sluggish bathtub drain and Pam came right away on the Labor Day holiday and took care of it. Thank You Pam! We look forward to another vacation on the Outer Banks and we will consider renting The Mermaid’s Pearl once again.

We loved the house and all of the great amenities. The only negative was that we did not receive dish towels or dish clothes or bathmats. And some of the towels were very thin.

July 2015 Stay

Thank you VR we had a terrific stay and the house was beautiful. The kids wete wishing fkr a rain day jist so we could have a "house" day! The house was well cleaned, perfectly kept and only more beautiful than the pictures showed. We hope to be back next year!
