We enjoyed our time at this condo. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad. The pictures make it look bigger than it was but it was sufficient. They provided beach chairs which was nice because the rental company on the beach was extremely expensive. I wish we had been told about “rules” of what you and can’t have on the beach - no pets, no tents, etc. otherwise all was great!

However, we were told that the beds would be rearranged BEFORE we arrived but that didn't happen. The overall condition of the property continues to decline. The pool didn't seem to be cleaned out daily and always had debris in it. The exterior really needs some sort of update. The prices continue to increase but the product doesn't improve. The trash in the garbage cans around the property needs to be emptied more often.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in multiple different Anchorage units over the last 20 yrs but haven't been back for a while. We love the location on this quieter area of Myrtle Beach and enjoyed the view from both balconies in this unit. The unit was very clean and had been updated recently. We enjoyed our stay with a few notable family comments. I found the unit basic ... there could have been more silverware, some tongs that weren't grill sized, and coffee mugs (there were only small cups) ... a few kitchen examples. The biggest complaint from family had were pillows; there was one for each person on each bed and all the pillows had seen better days. The last thing that was lacking was beach items that were supposed to be in the outside locker; there was one chair that looked newer than 1988 and no beach umbrella. We did find a cabana or tent inside the unit later in the week. I will definitely bring my own beach items next time.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stay in was very outdated and smelled musty. The beds creaked and the pillows and beds smelled. The last 3 steps down from the loft were uneven and I slipped and almost fell. The curtains were stained and looked like that were mildewed, and the dining chair fabric was all stained. The floor was very tacky and sticky in the kitchen. Pictures on walls were crooked. We even had to kill a cockroach. We are very disappointed in the unit we stayed in and feel that we should not have to pay the going rate when the owners do not keep it nice.

Great condo- great location

The condo was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed to cook all week for our family, great view of the ocean, really nice pool, wonderful location close to all the action but in a quieter area- perfect for family! Would definitely go back again!

Some door locks did not work. Fire alarm battery caused beeping. Keep in mind the 3rd bedroom is an open loft with no walls, and little privacy. Overall We had a great stay.
