The complex offers numerous amenities, such as a large outdoor pool, convenient grilling areas, and direct beach access. Whether you seek sun-soaked relaxation, local exploration, or an escape from the life's stressors, this is your perfect home away from home. The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple out door grills located on each side of complex as well as outside storage for beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available.

Area Information:
Our condos are located just minutes from Broadway at the Beach, the Downtown Boardwalk and Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, NASCAR Speedpark, live theater’s and shows, golf, and restaurants.

* Please note Anchorage II is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in the designated area at the south gazebo next to the beach walkway

* No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property

Myrtle Beach International Airport is a convenient 10-15 minute drive.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very quiet around Anchorage 2 this winter. Could be pandemic hangover, or rising costs perhaps. Property nice as always. Pool was heated last week of our stay which was a bonus.

Unit needs updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit needs some updating. The dryer was rusted out in many spots and should probably be replaced. The kitchen was cramped/outdated and could use more utensils and supplies. The kitchen sink also leaked and when reporting to maintenance we never heard back or had anyone stop by to look at it. Thankfully it was a minor leak and we “fixed” it with a plastic bag and rubberband over the leaking area. The bathrooms and bedrooms were perfect. The unit was very clean upon our arrival. Ultimately we would not rent this specific unit again but we would stay in another unit on this property. We had relatives in a unit next door to ours and their unit was beautiful and well equipped. We had a great vacation regardless of the minor issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. Anchorage Condos never disappoints but this condo exceeded our expectations. Great view of pool and ocean. The owners clearly care a great deal for the unit and it had everything you could think of. Other than some difficulties closing the heavy duty sliding door, it was amazing. Would stay again in a heartbeat and plan to stay again in the future.
