The capacious and lavishly adorned interior boasts all the luxuries of a home, encompassing a fully furnished kitchen, plush seating arrangements, and abundant space for relaxation. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this condo is perfect for families, companions, or an intimate escape for two. The complex also offers an array of superb amenities, including a sprawling outdoor pool, inviting barbecue areas, and convenient beach access. Whether your aspiration is to bask under the sun, explore the local surroundings, or seek respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this dwelling is the idyllic retreat. The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple out door grills located on each side of complex as well as outside storage for beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available.

* Please note Anchorage II is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in the designated area at the south gazebo next to the beach walkway

* No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property

Our condos are located just minutes from Broadway at the Beach, the downtown Boardwalk and Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves, Barefoot landing, Tanger Outlets, NASCAR Speedpark, live theater’s and shows, golf, and restaurants.

Myrtle Beach International Airport is a convenient 10-15 minute drive.

Quiet and comfortable

My wife and I came down for a week to relax. The property is right across the street from ocean. The pool is wonderful with view of ocean. The grounds are beautiful and have several charcoal grills for cooking. We rented a two bedroom condo. It was exactly as advertised. It was on the second floor and you could see the ocean from the balcony. It had everything we needed. It’s very nice inside and updated. Only issue we had the room signs were updated to numbers not letters so floor one used to be A floor 2 etc. Now rooms are listed as 114 etc.
