Cannot recommend this house enough!

Perhaps the best beach house we've ever rented. Great layout, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and a good start on basic supplies. We loved the house for its views and location -- steps from the beach! We also enjoyed the fireworks from Clayton's pier, the outside shower, and the pickleball court. The walk to the beach was short and well-equipped with multiple ways to hose off sand. And the house was amazingly clean. Cannot recommend this house enough! We feel lucky to have stayed here.

Spacious beach home and fabulous service from SPI Rentals

We had a nice week at 6416 Beach Drive. First, SPI Rentals was easy to work with. Great phone and text communication. For example, we had one small problem at the house; and, SPI was there to repair in 30 minutes. Fabulous service. The home was very spacious with a large open floor plan on the first (beach) level. Kitchen had been refreshed at some point with new countertops and KitchenAid appliances. Den was huge - and, it had a reclining type sofa + loveseat combination. Great for relaxing after a long day. Another item we liked about the house was the flooring in every space had been updated and matched throughout the home. Upstairs there were three large bedrooms all with bathrooms; plus, an enormous game room with its own bathroom as well. The bathrooms have not been updated, but they were nicely appointed in any case. Beach access was a breeze. Literally, 30 steps around the side of the house. Views of the morning sunrises were wonderful. Lastly, the pool and spa were clean and well maintained. Absolutely, we would go back to this home and of course stay with SPI Rentals.
