About this space
We completed our luxury renovation in kitchen, bathrooms, and patio with a fire pit! We hope you enjoy!

The first thing you notice stepping into my house are the sky-high ceilings! Enormous floor to ceiling windows allow light to stream into the the 2 floor home. The stylish and very large terrace are great for summer nights. Walk out the front door & you are in the heart of restaurant row with all the best bars and restaurant in the city. Parking included!
The space
For business travelers, this is the perfect spot for you too. Downtown is only 2 mins away!


One parking spot behind the building is included with your stay. Please note, you will need the provided parking pass hanging in your vehicle to avoid being towed. Failure to return the pass at the end of your stay will result in a $200 fine.
Other things to note
Pet Fee - One pet is allowed with an additional $250 payment. Please let me know at the time of booking that you will be bringing a furry friend!

Seth was a fantastic host! He was incredibly accommodating and made everything so easy for us while still giving us complete privacy throughout our stay. The place was gorgeous, very well kept, clean, and exactly what we were hoping for. We really appreciated how comfortable and stress-l free he made our stay. Would absolutely recommend!

Fabulous location and a great space for a handful of people. We had organized our own little food tour of Chicago and this location worked out perfectly for short walks between each restaurant. The space itself was excellent and the beds were comfy. Highly recommend!!

Unit was very nice and clean!!! Having a parking space right behind the unit was very convenient! All of the amenities were amazing, bathrooms, kitchen and outdoor patio!!! The decor and furnishings gave a great overall feel!!! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Chicago!

Wonderful place to stay! Everything exactly as advertised, host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Kitchen fully appointed, very nice to have washer/dryer. Also great to have a parking space right behind the unit. Plenty of restaurants/cafes right nearby. Very easy to walk or take the train wherever we needed to go. A wonderful home base to explore Chicago. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful property in Chicago!A few key points:1. Property is exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, modern2. Neighborhood is really cool. Steps away from tons of restaurants/bars. And convenient to a few el stations3. Owner was extremely responsive, great to work with. We had a slightly non-standard departure time and we worked it out wonderfully4. Kitchen had plenty of pans/pots/dishes to cook a proper meal 5. Cool view of the city / sears tower from the deckThings from the reviews to highlight:1. There is some noise in the neighborhood. Tbh didn't bother me, I always have a noise machine and he left ear plugs. And it wasn't rattling the house loud (I've been in way louder properties). Think of it as part of being in such a cool neighborhood.2. You can see in the review the spiral staircase to the upstairs. There's also a steep staircase to enter the unit (you are the only resident in the building). Neither an issue but if you have mobility issues, but just to be aware ofBook on with confidence!

Great West Loop Condo

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos online—no surprises, just as advertised. The space was well-appointed with everything we needed, from stylish cocktail glasses to quality pans and bowls. The beds were super comfortable, and the outdoor area was a really nice bonus. We felt right at home and will definitely be back the next time we're in Chicago!
