Communal Pool: The resort’s outdoor pool is open seasonally and typically operates from late May through early September. Opening and closing dates are not guaranteed and are weather- and maintenance-dependent. Pool availability is outside the owner’s control and is not grounds for refunds.

Pool Panels: Guests are not permitted to access or adjust any indoor pool panels. Our professional pool technicians manage all pool operations for your safety and comfort.

Thermostat Adjustments: If you'd like to adjust the temperature, please let us know. We're happy to assist you!

Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
