This home is both beautiful and cozy, a very family friendly stay. The amenities were amazing, they literally thought of everything. Best VRBO we have rented. Host was fantastic.

Our stay at Hillside Ranch was absolutely incredible! The home had everything we could have possibly needed and was perfect for our family. We spent Christmas here together, and it made the holiday truly unforgettable. Amber was fantastic—so attentive and thoughtful, checking in to make sure everything was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to stay here again in the future!

Very Homey

Ambers property is very homey! You’ll notice that right as you walk in. She was very sweet and had a welcome note and some fun snacks for us when we arrived which was super nice! All the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and if you have younger kiddos she provides toys down stairs for them to play with as well. Lots of games all around the house to keep you entertained along with yard games outside. Amber has great communication when it comes to her property and is available often which is much appreciated! Definitely recommend staying here! :)

What makes this property unique

Your mid-western adventure awaits you at the Hillside Ranch in Sidney, Nebraska. Begin your adventure in this modern, chic, peaceful, and fun-filled home-away-from home Airbnb. This well-appointed home will comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, with 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds.

The main floor offers an open living room/dining area, along with a newly remodeled kitchen. The living room offers comfortable seating with a leather sectional couch, large chairs, and 65” smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances including an induction oven, dishwasher and reverse osmosis. The main bathroom offers a shower/tub combo and large countertop with a convenient laundry chute to the basement laundry area. Bedroom 1 on the main floor includes 1 king bed with a seating area. Bedroom 2 includes 1 queen bed with work area.

The flight of stairs down to the finished basement is a little steep, but has sturdy handrails. You will find yourself in a fun hang-out space, complete with a ping pong table, kids play nook, and 55” smart TV. While in the lower level, you will find a large king bedroom w/ 1 twin bed, a seating area and a work or beauty area. Down the hall is the laundry area and a beautifully tiled bathroom with walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and 1 twin bed.

Going back upstairs and just off of the kitchen, through the sliding glass doors, you'll find a very peaceful backyard with a large fenced-in deck with patio set. You will have full access to the big fenced in backyard for your furry friends. (Garage access not included)

This is a pet-friendly property where pet rules and fees apply.

*Please note we charge $25 per guest, per night after 6 guests. This allows us to keep our rates reasonable for smaller guests and reasonable for us for larger groups.
