With 2 bedrooms featuring 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed (double, twin) and one bathroom with a tub. The condo has both WiFi as well as cable television with smart TV's. The Condo is located 2 blocks from the Garden City Pier / Sams Corner and a short drive to the Murrells Inlet Boardwalk or Myrtle Beach! The condo is on the second level, up two flights of stairs. There is no elevator.

My family and I loved staying here and will definitely be back!! It was perfect size for me, my husband, and our three kids. You walk across the street and your right at the beach, the pool was clean and felt great, room was clean and the host responded right back every time I had a question everything went perfectly and we will definitely be back!

The condo is in the perfect place! 2 blocks from the pier. The beach is across from road. The apartment was clean. The outside deck faces the main street with a fan there. For our family it was the perfect fit.

Jerry was very responsive to our questions. The location was wonderful, and the property was as advertised. One downside was walking up two flights of stairs to get to the room. Parking spots were tight, but it was early in the season so there was plenty of spots. Overall, it was a good visit.

Very dated but clean, location good for beach. Didn't smell like animals. Had to buy new shower curtain as old one dark and moldy, but its the beach and that happens. Had to buy large fry pan as kitchen did not have good pans. Had to buy plastic cups and left them there as hardly any cups. Home needs to lot of work but everything did work. Dark, better lighting needed for hall, we were there a month so things became very noticable.

We’re glad you found our place clean, well-located for the beach, and free of any pet odors, and that everything functioned as it should. We completely understand that after a month some things became more noticeable than they might on a shorter stay. We are very sorry our normally excellent cleaning service failed to replace the shower curtain. Since I had provided you both my phone number and email address, I am very disappointed you did not contact me so we could have corrected the issue. Regarding the kitchen: we’ve added a frying pan and an assortment of plastic cups. Although we enjoy our condo’s classic beach-cottage feel, we’ve taken note of the hallway lighting and will be adding brighter LED fixtures in the next few weeks to make it more comfortable especially for longer stays. Your stay helped us spot things we might not have noticed on shorter rentals, and we’re grateful for that. We hope you enjoyed your time at the beach despite the little hiccups, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime the condo is a better fit for what you’re looking for. Warm regards, Jerry Barber
