The house is very well equipped and met our needs for a family reunion arranged around our niece’s wedding. The host was very responsive and communicative. We enjoyed our stay. Due to the season we mostly used the house inside, but we noted that there was a very inviting backyard gathering area. Perfect place for a family gathering.

Location was outstanding- loved the neighborhood. Backyard was lovely. Kitchen was wonderful- well stocked with everything you need. Lighting could have been improved in main living area. Only hot water in the hallway main floor bathroom. Definitely will stay again.

Great Family Stay

Perfect place to stay with family! There was plenty of space (inside and outside). We did cook during our stay and the kitchen was stocked with everything we would need for cooking. The outdoor space was lovely and we enjoyed the creek in the back. A neighborhood park was within walking distance and there was fun stuff to do in downtown Arvada (local farmer’s market and Powwow) as well as restaurants and coffee shops to try nearby. The host was very responsive. We would stay here again!

We rented this house for a girls trip. The house was in a great area lots of stores and food close by. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe for women traveling alone. The creek in the back was a nice bonus. We loved sitting on the patio listening to the water. The house has plenty of room and everything you could need in the kitchen. The check in process was easy and they also did not have a long list of requirements before you leave. I would definitely rent this house again.

Awesome stay!

Our stay on this property was very good. We knew we picked a home in a safe neighborhood when we saw two little girls selling lemonade on the sidewalk a few houses down. The house was very clean and secure. Yes pets were allowed, but it didn’t smell like pets stayed there before us. Everything was very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The backyard was beautiful it was so nice to see a babbling brook next to the backyard. The neighborhood was quiet. Plus we were close to restaurants and shopping areas. We would definitely book this house again. And the owner was very kind and helpful. Six stars!

Great house, great location, great all around!

Our family really enjoyed this property!! It has a great mountain climber/snow boarding vibe! All sorts of games to keep everyone entertained. I have to say the owners have made the house thoughtful. A three way charger for those that forget theirs, spices for cooking, I even noticed a brand new tooth brush and small toothpaste under the sink. Shampoos, conditioners, body washes. They thought of just about everything. Great communication with the property owner as well. I would 100 percent recommend this great home!! Our doggos love it too! The doggy door is perfect!

The property was well kept and spacious. The backyard was unique. However we had constant issues with the HVAC. It was hot upstairs and freezing downstairs. Also, if you hang out in the basement, the wi-fi was not reliable, barely usable. The property coordinator David was responsive but there are serious issues with the HVAC in that home. We turned off the AC completely on 90 degree days to make the basement warmer, but then the upstairs was way too hot. I was provided with no offer for a discount for our troubles during our 7 night stay.
