BOOKING PROCESS
Once we received your request to book, we will email you our rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment of 25% of the room rate and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you filled out and signed our rental agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY (PLEASE NOTE IT DIFFERS FROM VRBO)
25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once the rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 30-60 days prior arrival (depending on the length of your stay). Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.

If we are able to re-book the property for your cancelled time period, we will refund you accordingly minus the credit card fee that occurred to the owner and a $150 administrative fee.

This is the cabin you always wished someone would offer in Big Bear. Cozy, comfortable, charming, very clean, well maintained and excellently equipped with everything you possibly need.

The spacious, newly remodeled house is rented by the owner directly who is also a property manager and went above and beyond to make this cabin a one of a kind vacation experience that people can call their second home and can't wait to return to. You will not be disappointed. THE LANDHAUS offers all the comforts of home and is located just a 3-5 minute drive from the slopes, shopping, dining, the village, the lake and the Zoo.

The minute you walk in you will fall in love the bright and light open floor plan and high ceilings this cabin offers. Enjoy the luxury of a nice, modern wood fire place in living room, brand new Jacuzzi for 4 people in yard that gets professionally cleaned a couple of times a week, central heating, Dyson cool/heat/air purifier, Dyson fan, humidifier, free high-speed Wi-Fi, DVD player, music system, I-home radio (Bluetooth), safe, 60 inch TV in living room (with lots of Channels and Netflix etc.) that pulls out so you can watch your favorite show or sports from dining, kitchen and living area. The house also offers a high chair, pack n play, sleds and lots of games for the kids & family.

You will find brand-new luxury vinyl flooring throughout and a brand new kitchen with finest stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with EVERYTHING you might possibly need, even a crock pot. You will not miss a thing and if you do, we will let you get it and reimburse you for the expense. We want you to have everything you need to make your stay exceptional.

The living room has a huge leather L-shape couch as well as a leather seat w/ ottoman offering comfortable seating for the entire family. Both bedrooms have a private bath attached. One bedroom has a queen bed and TV, the other one a Cal King bed and TV. To assure the most comfortable sleep possible, we put in high quality brand-new mattresses, very nice pillows, 540 thread sheets and European style duvet blankets. We also offer two high quality 3 fold mat for extra bedding (Milliard 6-Inch Memory Foam Tri-fold Mattress with Ultra Soft Removable Cover with Non-Slip Bottom). They are almost as thick as a mattress and very comfortable.

The newly remodeled yard offers lots of room to play and relax. Enjoy the luxury of a gas BBQ and a nice Jacuzzi with wooden gazebo/roof and romantic lightening.

This house is very special. You will feel the difference and will never wanna leave. It's decorated with lots of love and attention to detail and offers a very special feel for the holiday season with a big Christmas tree, decoration throughout and very special complementary treats. Besides the cozy decoration, there are tons of games, puzzles, books, kids blankets, winter blankets to snuggle, DVDs, snow sleds, various toys and much more to make your stay at the Landhaus fun and memorable.

PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION
The Landhaus is suitable for 4 plus baby that can sleep in a pack n play. Please do not book if you have more than 5 people in your party - incl. visitors. For friend/adult only groups everyone must be over the age of 30 and we can only agree to 3 people total.

We have a NO smoking (even outside) and NO pet policy. Due to suffering from severe allergies, we would very much appreciate if people that plan to bring a service pet to Big Bear, stay away from renting our home (please!) and try to find a place that is pet friendly. There are many options to choose from in Big Bear.

We will greet you in person at check-in.

Quiet time is between 10pm-7am. No use of the Jacuzzi after 10pm.

Absolutely no parties or additional guests (even if they are just day visitors).

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
We require a $300 refundable damage deposit.
