Almost perfect. Had an issue with the 2nd TV which a tech was sent to fix within a couple hours. Unfortunately he had to use my phone charger block to get it to work so I was borrowing others the whole time. The other thing was all windows and back door were found unlocked and one window of the master bedroom had the screen removed and lying on the ground outside. Poor security, but the tech said there's very little crime in the area. Doesn't justify it when the front door is locked and all you have to do is go up the back steps and open the door to get inside. Also, the glass doors on the fireplace are gingerly set in the frame and you must handle them with a light touch or they'll fall out of the track. Other than that, it was a very very nice place!

It would be great to have a little booklet that explains more about the cabin. For example, how the fireplace works, and where the gas key is located. Also the walkway fence from the driveway to the house is kind of rough edged. I got a few splinters. And it may have been in a description, but the driveway is a little tricky, not impossible, but I think it would be good to mention. Overall, a very wonderful cabin with beautiful sun on the back deck and nice comfy beds.

Big Bear Vacation

The house is very nice and was very clean upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is very good. We liked the Moonridge location as the golf course and zoo were very close. The supermarkets were in easy driving distance. We had planned to play a round of golf and visit the zoo and the historical museum, all of which we did. I had left much of my paperwork at home and Ally from Destination Big Bear was very helpful in filling in the blanks. She smoothed out all my concerns, as it was our first time renting a home in Big Bear.

Springtime Birthday Getaway

Such a beautiful, cozy, peaceful little getaway tucked back in forest. My family and i needed a place to disconnect & reflect. Waking up to the shimmering snow as a Winder wonderland approached. It was a sight to see!!! Absolutely gorgeous views!!!
