Exactly what we needed!

Had a wonderful stay! Easy check in and great communication with the host. Walking distance to a Publix and Walgreens. Cold AC, comfy bed and all the necessities in the bathroom and kitchen. Would gladly book again!

Great and Calm and Affordable 9 day stay

Couldn’t speak higher of experience. I chose the place due to the affordability in combination with the area as it’s very close to Ft L downtown and specific things I also wanted like several close grocery stores and restaurants. The owner has several units and lives at the end. The whole time of my stay he was working on upkeep of the property and he even introduced himself and asked if any improvements could be made. I suggested that the shower door could be longer to keep water in and he immediately offered a solution and to get additional curtains for it. They seem like a kind family so I prefer to support that versus a property empire. Supporting local is important. Laundry is on site and you can send money through zellle to do your loads and forget about getting quarters. Place was clean and just like photos

It was a nice place. Clean. Owners greated us as we were walking in. Very nice people. Our questions were answered promptly. Check in was easy. The light over the bathroom sink didn't work. They indicated they just noticed and didn't have time to fix it. The refrigerator doors has rust spots. They need repaired. Just appearance. The frig worked fine. Their children played in the walkway of the courtyard. They were courteous and moved anytime were on the walkway. So not a problem and they were not loud. I probably would stay there again if it was available and open during our visit.
