Welcome to your serene riverside retreat!

This beautifully designed Airbnb offers an ideal blend of comfort and nature, nestled along the banks of the Susquehanna river. As you step inside, you are greeted by large windows that perfectly frame the stunning river views, allowing natural light to fill the space and creating a peaceful ambiance throughout.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a big meal.

The spacious dining room is perfect for gatherings, featuring a large table where you can enjoy meals while gazing out at the beautiful river.

The living room has a cozy fireplace along with a 65` smart TV, so snuggle up on the big sectional couch and watch your favorite shows.

The main house 2 bedrooms with king beds, 2 full baths and 1 half bath. Bunkbed in 1st floor.

The bunk house has 3 bedrooms and a big loft. 2 bedrooms have king beds, 1 bedroom has 2 queen beds and the loft has 4 bunk beds (twin over queen), the loft also has a big 65” smart TV with a microwave and microwave popcorn plus a mini fridge so it’s a perfect space for a slumber party or a movie night.

Enjoy your morning coffee out on the wrap-around deck overlooking the river, you will likely see lots of ducks and geese, occasionally we see mink, muskrats or even a beaver swimming past.

Spend your evenings on the patio around the firepit as the sun sets across the river.

The exterior is plenty big enough for games.
Play pickleball out on the 30` x 60` pickleball court (paddles and balls are available for use)

There is outdoor surveillance for the safety and security of guests and for the property.

Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am, we have neighbors next door so please be respectful of the neighbors.

Hello! We are excited to host you during your stay! However, we have to enforce some rules for the safety and protection of the property, guests, as well as our wonderful neighbors who we work diligently not to disturb.

#1 No excessive drinking or drugs.
Excessive drinking or drugs can lead to immediate eviction without refund.

#2 Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am, keep noise at a minimum during these hours.

#3 No events allowed without permission.

#4 No more than 26 people allowed on the property without permission.

#5 No more than 10 vehicles on the property, please see picture in listing showing property line and be mindful of that for parking.

#6 No fireworks on the property

#7 PETS ALLOWED for a fee of $200 per pet and must be less than 50 pounds.

#8 No parties, no loud music, no boisterous behavior. We have excellent neighbors who help us monitor and make sure no unusual activities are happening at the house.

#9 Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agree to the house rules.

#10 Must be at least 24 years old to rent the place
