This condo sleeps 2 to 3 in one of the most desirable and tranquil coastal settings imaginable. Relax on overlooking the Aransas Bay or enjoy the pool and hot tub also overlooking the waterfront. Private 1000 Ft. pier for our guests to fish or enjoy a nice walk. Step outside to walk or bike along famous "Water St" a picturesque one way street that meanders in front of the bay front & local charming coastal cottages.

We had a great time here and the property was nice. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the supplies that were provided such as trash bags, starter paper towels and toilet paper, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and other things like a toaster and scissors! We brought our dog and felt like the property was perfect for her. There are lots of areas you can walk your dog. We did have to travel to Port Aransas each day because there is only a very small section at Rockport Beach where you can have dogs, and it fills up quick, especially on weekends. So, that was the only drawback. There were plenty of towels and washcloths too! We also appreciated the large shower and stunning views off the back patio. It was so nice to open up the curtains and have a water view! Our second day, there was a problem with the toilet but the owners got a plumber out that day and it was fixed by the time we got back that evening! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! The place is beautifully renovated and the location is amazing. Very quiet property and we really enjoyed the pier and pool. Will be staying here again the next time we are in Rockport!

Rockport visit

The property we rented through VRBO was facing the bay which was lovely. The condo was very comfortable and in a great location for just chilling out. Amenities were great, decorating was wonderful—we will definitely go back!

Awesome location and nice place!

The pool was really nice, the room was also nice and cozy, the view was amazing, and it was minutes from the Rockport Beach and shops. I would not change a thing and we had an awesome time!

Beautiful water view condo that is updated, well maintained and very clean. Bed and living room furniture were comfortable and kitchen was nicely stocked with essentials.Looking forward to staying here again in the future!
