Both bathrooms are newly remodeled, travertine floors throughout, fresh linens and towels, freshly painted inside and out....topped with tasteful tropical decor. This home provides a serene, private setting with no neighbors on either side, located between golf courses and state park property. Yet with all this privacy you are only one mile from Publix grocery, CVS, WalMart, post office, restaurants, ...even Costco is just 2 miles away! This tropically landscaped paradise features screened in heated pool, outside sitting area, large flat screen TVs ....even beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas for your trips to Siesta Key Beach, approximately seven miles away.
To complete your stress free vacation have the added peace of mind knowing that we are 17 year veterans in the vacation home rental business. We know how to make the rental process seamless and enjoyable, handling every question and request you may have....even down to local restaurant advice. Nice place in good neighborhood very peaceful only complaint was the neighbor directly behind the home kept yelling at us every time we called for our dog or make much noise in the pool .

Preymore Paradise

I was looking for a nice quiet place with a pool, fenced yard and close to the beaches. The Preymore house was all and above what I wanted and more. Kelly and Skip are great and are always available to answer questions and assist in anyway! We had a blast!! We wil be back. We enjoyed everything about the house. It is private and secluded, but close to everything we needed. I enjoyed walking our dog every morning on the mostly shaded sidewalk. The pool was clean and refreshing. The hosts were great. We would stay here again.

What a great place!

This house is very clean, well stocked with lots of big towels for pool use, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and close to everything. Very comfortable beds and all other furniture. The pool is sparkling clean and great for early morning swims! Beautiful lanai so you can sit outside or swim and not have to worry about bugs! Very private grounds. Nice neighborhood.

Truly a Pet Friendly Paradise!

We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! The fenced in yard was perfect for our 2 dogs, Paul Rodgers and Sammy Hagar! The pool was amazing. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and super clean. The quiet street was a great area to walk our boys. And our host, Kelly, was so helpful and accommodating! She has clearly earned Premier Host status!!! We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location

The Preymore House was perfect! My husband and I vacationed with our pups and had a great time. It was so nice being able to bring our furbabies with us. The layout was open, which we really liked. It was so nice having a private pool and a fenced yard that provided a safe place for the pups, as well as privacy. The house is in a perfect location! We visited 5 different beaches while vacationing, each between 10 and 15 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again! Kelly was so nice to work with! If you are looking for a comfortable place with a private pool in a fantastic location, then this is the vacation home for you!

Friendly Paradise

The Preymore house was the perfect home away from home. The house was very clean. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. That includes the beds super comfy. My baby loved the fluffy carpet in the master bedroom. We spent a lot of time in the clean and refreshing pool. House is located in nice quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and dining needs. We went shark tooth hunting at many different beaches all are close to the house. We did not want to leave. The hosts had great communication. Very friendly. Such a lovely place and people. What a wonderful Vacation

We travel(ed) a lot and had many Rental Homes. They were nice too, but uniformed. This one was different. It really gave you a feeling of being on vacation and yet having all the comforts you needed- The Livingroom was cute and spacious with a big TV (ours is samller) and what a Kitchen! The only word for it is w o n d e r f u l . The Masterbedroom is big with a Kingsize Bed and the 2nd Bedroom is just lovely. We used the 3rd little room as a Den which was very convenient. And, oh Boy, what a Pool. We went for a swimm almost every day. When "at Home" we had all our meals on the Patio (Alcove) and enjoyed watching the Sqirrels playing and fighting on the wooden fence. There was never a dull moment. We would like to say thank you again to Kelly and Skip for always being there when needed. Kelly was almost at the door before you could hang up the Phone. She is such a wonderful Person and so reliable, You just have to like her. Thank you Kelly.

Beyond Paradise

We can’t say enough about the Preymore House. Our stay was just after hurricane Ian. The hosts are locals and communicated with us regularly prior to our arrival as to the situation involving the hurricane. We even had the pleasure to meet the hosts. Great people! The property was well maintained, the home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool was very refreshing. The home had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the fenced in yard for our dogs. The property is close to several beaches, including a dog beach/park as well as lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Beautiful house, perfect pool, great location

This is one of the best houses I've ever rented. The house was very clean and fully stocked with everything you need to be make it feel like home. The grill was very clean. The pool was warm, and also very clean. Lots of extra pillows, towels, and washcloths. Every appliance worked well. Communication was great with the owners. I highly recommend this property if you have a small group and want a clean house and a nice pool.

The check in process was a breeze, the house was comfortable and clean, it was in a great location (approximately 10-20 min from everything we needed/wanted), and the owners were so friendly, helpful , and very responsive. Winter getaway

Escaping winter for a month in Florida was our goal. This home was in a wonderful area in a quiet neighborhood. You can drive to beaches to the north and south of you. The home has a very nice pool and screened-in area, so you can enjoy the back yard. The kitchen is beautiful. The owners are very quick to respond to any concerns.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed a wonderful stay @ Preymore House and truly enjoyed the privacy that the property offered as well as the pool! Centrally located to many of the areas attractions, beaches and restaurants. Will certainly consider a return visit!
