This modern and stylish chalet style home comfortably accomodates 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 2 levels of living space. The is a master bedroom on each floor. On the first floor, the master bedroom holds a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. This first floor also has 2 other bedrooms and an additional bathroom, laundry, and jacket storage. One of those bedrooms has a king bed and the other has 2 bunk beds - each of these bedrooms has a smart HDTV for your entertainment. As you head upstairs, you'll be greeted by 2 more newly renovated bedrooms. The king bedroom and another with a queen. Many guests tend to book with 2+ families and enjoy the space and layout.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

There are three full bathrooms in the home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay! Two of these bathrooms are located on the main floor when you enter and the third is located upstairs with the remaining bedrooms, kitchen, and living room.

The bright and airy kitchen flows into the dining area and great room. It is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. This thoughtfully-designed home provides a cultery area in addition to a dining and living room area. Four barstools provide extra bar seating for a total of 12 eating spots.

The great room is situated on the main level of the home and is kitted with an HDTV with a Firestick/Roku entertainment system, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. Additionally, the wood burning stove is available for use and tends to be a guest favorite in the winter!

Off the great room, enjoy direct access to the first outdoor space, which is the 2nd level porch! This fantastic outdoor oasis offers a brand new hot tub with adequate seating for 6-7 guests, a Weber gas grill, and an outdoor table and seating for 8+ guests!

Head downstairs off the porch and enjoy a newly screened in three season room with HDTV to enjoy the clean Maine air out of the elements, complimented by a new firepit and seating! A new Barrel sauna and playset compliment the outdoor space!
