From sunrise to sunset you’ll find unlimited opportunities to relax and refresh, play on the white sandy beaches and in the waters of the gulf. Imagine waking up to breakfast on your balcony and watching the dolphins. Take a brisk morning walk or a leisurely stroll searching for shells as you let the sand and sea tickle your toes. Boogie surf the waves, build a sandcastle, curl up with a good book, gaze at those glorious Seagrove sunsets, or enjoy crab hunting with a flashlight at night… you’ll welcome each new day with sweet anticipation. Wonderful stay. Easy check in and Julie was great with communication prior to arrival. Property was as described and very clean. The Jack and Jill bathrooms were great. Directly on the beach

It was great to wake up each morning and enjoy coffee while watching the waves roll in. Excellent place to stay. Very relaxing and the accommodations were top notch.

Perfect ...Right on Beach

Our condo was perfect for us ...a quick 2 minute walk to the waterline! View was perfect...condo was very clean and comfortable . The kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely rent again!

This condo was absolutely beautiful - spotless, bright, relaxing. They thought of everything - books to read, games, all necessary kitchen items, etc. Very great weekend.

Third time staying at this beautiful property. And Julie the Owner is wonderful.

This resort property could not be anymore perfect. Right on the ocean and decorated beautifully. Convenient to great restaurants and shopping and the beach is right outside your porch. The owner (Julie) is precious and her taste in decorating is amazing. I look forward to staying at I See the Sea again next year.

This is the best rental that we have found on 30A Super!

Our experience in this rental experience was perfect from start to finish. This unit is beautiful, on the water, and reasonably priced. The owner is a delight and truly seems vested in making sure everything goes smoothly and everyone is happy. I have been staying on 30A for years and what I particularly liked about this unit was that the strip of beach that it is on, is less busy than the other more well known areas. It is a great walking beach and such a lovely place to see the sunset. We have already rented the unit again in the Fall.

Lovely I See the Sea Property

We chose to visit during off-season, and it didn’t disappoint. We didn’t have to deal with crowds, and had the beach completely to ourselves. The property was wonderful, with beautiful views of the ocean. We also enjoyed full views of the sunset, sunrise plus dolphins in the morning. There’s no better way to enjoy your morning coffee than watching the sunrise on the balcony. The interior was very well-done, and felt very airy and clean. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed for meals. The bunk beds were a hit with our kids. All beds were comfortable, as well as, pillows and linens. We loved being able to walk mere feet to the beach especially having a little one. The convenience was amazing, and added to the ease of our trip. The owner, Miss Julie, was very sweet, helpful, and detail oriented. She emailed me a very thorough list of tips, which we used (and enjoyed all recommendations). We enjoyed getting to know her. She was very hospitable and took pride in her property and us having a great vacation. We’d definitely go back to this location again, and would recommend this property to anyone looking to book.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was clean and comfortable. The view was excellent although the weather was a bit disappointing. I was also disappointed to see only one dish towel, and the toilet tisssue in each bath room was almost out. Our previous stays at other condos at least had a roll under the sink and anither dish towel to use when the first was wet.

Wonderful time, great property

We stayed for 1 week in May 2021. Two adults and our 4 children, ages 6-15. We had a great time! This was our second time staying at this property. We came back because we had a great experience the first time and our second stay was just as nice. The property is clean, well-equipped and well-maintained. We ate in for most meals and had everything we needed for cooking (we did bring our own spices). Communication with both the property managers and owners was easy and smooth. We had one small issue our last night when the water to the property suddenly cut out right around bedtime. However, both the owners and the property managers responded promptly and by the time we got up in the morning, water was restored and all was well. There is a lovely balcony that overlooks the beach. Very peaceful and enjoyable. The beach is literally steps away and never super crowded. A very family friendly area to visit. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Delightful first time stay on the beach

Serendipity! As long time fans of mountain vacations, this was our first time ever to stay at the beach, and it was a great experience. Everything was accurate as described and pictured; as the saying goes, "no surprise is the best surprise". We loved sitting on the second floor balcony just a few feet away from the beach, with an almost 180 degree view and privacy as well. You have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the sunset, and of course the unrelenting, soothing music of the surf close by. Private gated access to the beach as well, literally not more than a minute walk from our door. The friendly and gracious owner was eager to help with a couple of phone call questions along the way. The business side of things is the perfect combination of a classy owner and a rental agent that handled everything impeccably. We recommend this place without reservation. When you stay, reward the owner by treating it with tender loving care. We hope to return again!

More than expected, a haven of surf side beauty!

My wife and I along with our daughter celebrated both our 10 year anniversary and the birth of our daughter by staying over a week at "I See the Sea" and it was more than we expected. We were overwhelmed by the beautiful balcony view of the white sands, blue ocean, and night skies and were elated to enjoy the sound of the surf. We enjoyed each meal on the balcony where we saw dolphins swimming in the surf in the mornings and the most relaxing sun rises and sun sets. I felt like it had all the charm and beauty of older Florida where I grew up and that the condo provided a little haven where we could enjoy all the luxuries of a home on the beach without the many possible interruptions of tourism and commercialism. We were able to enjoy nature, time together, and making memories uninterrupted. You couldn't ask for better beach access where everything was clean and well maintained. We spent entire days outside and found it very convenient to go back and forth to the condo to prepare meals in the well-stocked kitchen and then tote them back down to the beach and watch the sun set with dinner and wine. The condo is accommodated with care and thoughtfulness. We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen (and the condo as a whole) well suited and it felt like we were staying at our family's home with all the amenities and comforts. The owners have very thoughtfully decorated the condo and you will feel very much at home as they have included any amenities one may consider. They have taken care to include many thoughtful considerations of your stay such as a binder full of information about the area restaurants, their favorites, and a very useful list of activities. They even included information about shell collecting and turtle hunting. Our daughter loved the ocean and sand and had a lovely time playing with the toys supplied at the condo and we were very comfortable with the chairs and umbrella provided along with other fun beach gear. The area is beautiful and out of the way with a nature preserve close by. We loved taking bike rides and found much of what we needed accessible by bike and the paths were easy to navigate. We felt like kids again. You will be very pleased you stayed at "I See the Sea" and like us you will want to go back sooner than later and find yourself longing to sit on the balcony and enjoy the blue sky, gentle surf, warm sun, and calming breeze. Enjoy!

Already booking for next year!

A couple of years ago my sister and I lost both of our parents to Alzheimer's. We have been searching for a place to spend a quiet, relaxing sister's week, somewhere we could visit as an annual tradition, a home away from home. We have found that place, "I See The Sea". I See The Sea was everything we had dreamed of, and more! From the very beginning, weeks prior to our trip, Julie made us feel like family. She provided us with an abundant amount of info, which was awesome, as we had never visited Seagrove before. Sis and I entered the living room for the first time, and we were both speechless (rare for us). We just looked at each other and said "WOW". The view is breathtaking! The décor in the condo is beyond superb, worthy of a feature article in "Coastal Living". The kitchen is loaded with brand new state of the art appliances. My sister loves to cook so one night she prepared shrimp scampi. She was delighted that she had all the utensils needed, down to the shrimp de-veiner, to prepare a fabulous meal. Mornings began with hot coffee on the large balcony, with our toughest decision being whether to sit in the rocking chairs, or the high tops. After watching schools of dolphins dance across the sun kissed waters, we would finally tear ourselves away to head just down the street to Seaside for breakfast, trying a variety of restaurants, all wonderful. Being connoisseurs of shopping, 30A offers the finest quality of merchandise, and let's just say, we did more than our fair share of supporting the local retailers, lol. Then, back to the condo, change clothes and head to the beach. Without being age specific, I will tell you that we qualify for senior citizen discounts, use our treadmill for hanging laundry....so, the easy breezy walk from the condo to the beach was delightful, and we were packed out, beach chairs, towels, cooler, floats, etc., nice! My biggest concern during the entire trip was when, on the 2nd day, my sister said to me, "I'm going to text Julie and apologize, as I've become a squatter at her condo, and can never leave!" (just kidding of course, but a great expression of how much we loved this place). I could go on and on about our most fabulous vacation, but they limit us on words, so I will summarize by saying --- if you are looking for the most beautiful, peaceful, perfect vacation spot, in a spotless home with all the amenities, I See The Sea is the perfect place to be!!

Perfect location, great condo

Great condo on the best part of 30A. Excellent communication from the property managers and owner. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfy - zero complaints. This was our second year in a row staying at Eastern Shores - it's always going to be our first choice!
