Welcome to the beach! From the moment you walk through the door of this newly renovated 2nd floor unit, you’ll feel the amazing blue-green waters calling you forward with their stunning views. The balcony beckons you to settle into one of two rocking chairs or tall bistro seating as you soak up sun, sand and sea.

From sunrise to sunset you’ll find unlimited opportunities to relax and refresh, play on the white sandy beaches and in the waters of the gulf. Imagine waking up to breakfast on your balcony and watching the dolphins. Take a brisk morning walk or a leisurely stroll searching for shells. Build a sandcastle, curl up with a good book, gaze at those glorious Seagrove sunsets, or enjoy crab hunting with a flashlight at night… you’ll welcome each new day with sweet anticipation. Great for the whole family!

Guests at Eastern Shores enjoy private beach access. After a fun day in the sun and playing in the waves, napping comes easily as you stretch out on the roomy king-size bed, sleeper sofa bed, or twin bunks built into the hallway. This unit accommodates 1-5 guests. The Jack-and-Jill style bathroom layout, with a separate room housing the beautiful walk-in shower and washer/dryer, provides convenience for all. Simple activities of walking, running, bicycling, fishing, swimming, surfing the waves, kayaking, skim boarding, paddle boarding or simply floating on a raft, ...you’ll find easy access to it all. And the extra-wide expanse of white sandy beach is great for making lasting memories with friends and family in this remarkable setting.

Bicycle along scenic Highway 30A to nearby boutiques and restaurants in Seagrove, Seaside, Watercolor, and Rosemary. Shop the local Farmers Markets, and visit the seafood market for the day’s catch. Visit picturesque Deer Lake State Park, with its beautiful foliage. Many take advantage of the local seafood and love our well-equipped kitchen and appliances, including the flat-top stove, dishwasher and deep double sink. You will find pots, pans and utensils to meet almost any need. The extra-long breakfast bar and dining table provide plenty of seating for you and your guests.

Wonderful stay. Easy check in and Julie was great with communication prior to arrival. Property was as described and very clean. The Jack and Jill bathrooms were great. Both could get ready at the same time. Everything you need to cook any meal in the kitchen. Balcony was amazing in the morning and for sun set;

Wonderful spot for a week away!

What a lovely view - so close to the ocean that just sitting on the balcony was a treat. The 30A area is a great place in general and this condo was bright and open feeling. Really a lovely spot.

Great condo on the best part of 30A. Excellent communication from the property managers and owner. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfy - zero complaints. This was our second year in a row staying at Eastern Shores - it's always going to be our first choice!

Great location and great view

Wonderful, quiet location located strategically between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The two bathrooms and wonderful kitchen was great for two and probably perfect for four. Coffee on the balcony in the morning looking over the beach was awesome!

Our condo was perfect for us ...a quick 2 minute walk to the waterline! View was perfect...condo was very clean and comfortable . The kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely rent again!

Third time staying at this beautiful property. And Julie the Owner is wonderful.

This resort property could not be anymore perfect. Right on the ocean and decorated beautifully. Convenient to great restaurants and shopping and the beach is right outside your porch. The owner (Julie) is precious and her taste in decorating is amazing. I look forward to staying at I See the Sea again next year.
