The Silver Valley is waiting for you at this 1-bedroom condo. The adorable space features 1 queen bed in the bedroom and a cozy sofa in the living room. Guests can enjoy amenities like a washing machine/dryer, heating, WiFi, full kitchen and a hair dryer. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your vacation one to remember. Centrally located and ground level with great proximity to local restaurants, grocery stores, Silver Mountain Ski Resort, Galena Ridge Golf Course and the trail of the Coeur D'Alene's. Approximately 45 minutes to Lookout Pass Ski and Hiawatha Trail. Thirty-minute drive to Coeur d' Alene. The kitchen includes new cabinetry with lots of cupboard space, Quartz countertops. This is the place for you if you like Skiing, biking, hiking, and outdoor recreation. (Unit #4)

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout Time: 11AM
•Gather used towels, sheets and pillowcases. Place in front of the washing machine.
•Throw trash away. Dumpster provided at the North end of the building.
•Please ensure dishwasher is loaded and the load has been started. We are happy to unload when we are there cleaning.
•Clean coffee pot.
•Set thermostat to 65 degrees during winter months. Turn off during summer months.
•Turn things off: Coffee pot, lights, tv, fans, etc.
•Close windows and lower shades.
•Lockup.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I am from Montana and I love my dog Tucker and my manx cat Fizz. I have two children and four grandchildren and a husband who loves to fish. I really enjoy hosting people in my newly renovated condos in the beautiful Silver Valley and helping them create lasting memories.
Why they chose this property
Kellogg and the Silver Valley is close to my heart. It's a beautiful area with wonderful people. The combination of natural beauty, community spirit, and convenient amenities makes such a place truly special. Being close to outdoor activities and local establishments like grocery stores and coffee shops adds to the area’s charm. The condos are in a great location within walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, bars and the Gondola.
What makes this property unique
These condos offer a very spacious a homey atmosphere that make all the difference in creating a welcoming environment for our guests. Plus, good parking is a significant advantage, especially in a popular area like Kellogg where many people want easy access to local attractions. These features will surely enhance the overall experience for anyone staying with us. The kitchens are fully equipped for cooking and a washer and dryer is provided in each unit for our guests convenience.
