The space
We are delighted to present our stunning four-floor house in the heart of Bishop Arts an eclectic neighborhood of Dallas!

You'll be tempted to relax in the comfortable bedroom as you step inside. Resist the temptation for a few minutes and climb the stairs, where you'll discover the spacious and beautifully furnished living area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

The living room has a large smart TV, comfortable seating, and modern decor that create an inviting atmosphere. The open-concept design flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with high-end appliances, a large island, and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. The adjacent dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with friends and family.

The third floor features another two cozy bedrooms, each with a comfortable bed, plush bedding, and plenty of closet space for your belongings. Maximum convenience comes in the form of ensuite bathrooms attached to each bedroom.

The top floor of the house features a stunning rooftop terrace with stunning skyline views of Downtown Dallas. Equipped with sun loungers, yard games, and mini golf putting green. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset, this rooftop oasis is the perfect place to unwind and take in the beauty of Dallas.

You can feel comfortable knowing that our cleaners follow the complete procedure to ensure that our units are entirely disinfected and sanitized, adhere to coronavirus prevention procedures, wipe all doors and keypads, and keep our environment clean.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking of any kind (Tobacco, Vape, E-Cig, Marijuana) inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 9 PM to 6 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

✔ It is essential to review our house rules before booking.
