This loft is located on the 2nd floor of a historic commercial building in downtown Kingsport. There are active businesses on the 1st floor, including a gym directly below.
Gym noise can be heard—especially during early morning classes starting at 5:15 AM. We provide a white noise machine and earplugs, but if you're a light sleeper or sensitive to sound, this may not be the right fit for your stay.

Step into a beautifully restored 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat inside the iconic Kingsport Telephone Building (est. 1930)—blending vintage charm with modern comfort. Ideal for business travelers, couples, and solo guests looking to stay in the heart of it all.

• Full kitchen with coffee bar (pods, grounds, creamer & sweeteners)

All guests receive complimentary access to G1 Elite Performance, the premier fitness facility on the 1st floor. Here’s how it works:
Attend a group class ($5 fee per class; normally $15) to activate access
Sign a waiver & guest form
After that, work out on your own for FREE or return for more classes at $5 each
Class times start as early as 5:15 AM, and you may hear gym activity from inside the loft.
