Our stay was perfect. First time using VRBO and it was the best stay of all our travels. This cizy townhone was exactly as stated and because our Son is in the Army at Ft. Hood, we will rebook on our next trip.

The property was well maintained and mostly clean. There was a cleanliness issue with the coffee pot that I reported to Denise and she assured me that she would discuss the issue with the cleaning crew. There was also an issue with the toilet seats that Denise plans to address with the maintenance crew. The beds were comfortable and the pictures are a true reflection of the unit. The kitchen has a limited amount of cooking utensils as well as pots and pans. There are no mixing bowls or large knives, and only one set of 4 dishes, glasses, and silverware. We were there for a week so I frequently had to hand-wash dishes after breakfast and lunch to have anything available for dinner. The shower head is very low; at 5'2" it was fine for me but my husband who is over 6' was very uncomfortable.

Just a few spots that didn’t get cleaned upon arrival, dining table had some crumbs on the dishes and a coffee mark on the king room night stand but overall a great stay, host had great communication and checked in frequently, I just unfortunately didn’t see her messages because I don’t have notifications turned on but very active host wanted to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay.

Wonderful Cozy Townhome

The place was great. They provided all the necessities and were quick to respond when contacted. There was a chance of storms and I was informed about lanterns available. I really appreciated the concern and attention we were given, especially with our little one. My family and I would definitely come back.
