Great house rental experience! The house was beautiful, clean and convenient. We loved the location and the large and well-stocked kitchen. It suited our party of 8 perfectly. I appreciated the air conditioning on this hot weekend and the presence of beach towels in the bathroom closet. Overall, a great house.

Such a cosy house and also very well stocked! The treats were a lovely touch. There was also a robin’s nest above the door and the kids really enjoyed watching for the mommy bird and baby birds. Very comfortable beds and a great place for a family or friends reunion.

Spacious and clean. Doors hard to open, light in far bathroom flickered terribly. Great outdoor space. Tubs/shower step in were fairly high for senior citizens. Kitchen great! Thank You!!!

Great home base for wedding weekend

This home was perfect for our needs - from toddler up to grandma, 8 people managed to find more than enough space and comfort here. The fireplace was an amazing touch during the rainy, cold weather and the bathrooms were big, showers had great pressure, kitchen was easy to navigate. Would definitely enjoy staying here again.

The house was great! Clean and fully stocked! There was a wonderful gift basket of snacks and treats and the bathrooms had extra toothbrushes and amenities. Victoria was quick to respond with any questions we had.

Mid Century Haven

This property is the perfect house for a large family. Plenty of new comfy beds, fresh linens, large bathrooms in a spectacular architect-designed home in a wooded private lot. Welcome baskets were a sweet touch. Our stay couldn’t have been better.

Wonderful treehouse!

My family and I stayed at this home for a long snowy weekend. We loved it. The host Victoria is wonderful, the home clean and cozy, and the location is great. We would make fires every night and enjoyed the views from all the windows during the day. We would happily return!

We were in town for a celebration in Northampton. Couldn’t find anything this size. Amherst is not far and actually the location was easy access to Northampton. Love the house! Very clean and it had everything you needed. Highly recommend.

Perfect place for a friends reunion

Beautiful and unique property close to the UMass campus. We were able to walk the campus and Mullins Center. It was a perfect home to reconnect with friends. All agreed we need to come back. The owner was attentive and made sure we were able to enter the property with no problems.
