The Space:
Kick back and relax in this cozy and comfortable one-bedroom apartment. The small apartment is thoughtfully designed to include everything you need for a relaxing stay! Climb the exterior stairs to enter your own private apartment.
Upon entry, you'll be welcomed by a thoughtful combination kitchen, dining, and living space. Put groceries or leftovers in the fridge, utilize the full-sized range to whip up a simple meal, work from the dining table or relax on the comfortable sofa and stream your favorite shows (or big game!) on the smart TV!
The private bathroom offers a shower/ tub with relaxingly warm water to reinvigorate you after a long day (or night) of enjoying New Orleans, a large vanity for your personal belongings, and plush towels, soaps and more.
The bedroom is comfortable and cozy, featuring a queen bed, plush hypoallergenic bedding, a smart TV, a private washer and dryer, and beautiful historic architectural touches, including an antique mantel, transoms, and original hard-wood floors.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire second-floor unit. Please note that all guests and luggage must go up one flight of exterior stairs.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located in the heart of the historic Mid-City neighborhood! Locals love Mid-City for it's mix of historic architecture, convenient location and ample amenities.
Fitness and outdoor enthusiasts find Mid-City the perfect place to jog under the tree-lined avenues of Carrollton, kayak, paddle, or picnic on Bayou St. John, or spend the day exploring New Orleans City Park- the largest urban park in the country at over 1,300 acres of green space!

Street parking is not guaranteed and if you choose to utilize street parking please be sure to follow city and state laws. Unit is upstairs. Guests will need to navigate one flight of stairs independently to get into the unit.
