With 6 bedrooms (11 beds / sleeps 14-16 people comfortably) and 3 full bathrooms, this Viking-inspired haven is ideal for large families or groups seeking both relaxation and excitement. SOME KEY POINTS TO HELP YOU FOLLOW THE RULES:

* 25 mph Speed Limit on all roadways.
* All vehicles must be parked off roadways.
* NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
* No loud music or excessive noise.
* Fireworks are not permitted at any time.
* Fire pits must be completely extinguished and not left unattended.
* Do not use liquid fire starters.
* Turn off gas on the grill after use.
* No smoking inside the house.
* No shoes inside the house.
* Please avoid sticking tape on walls or rearranging the furniture.
* Curb your dog and pick up after them. Dogs must be leashed at all times.
* Garbage totes and recycle receptacles must be returned within 24 hours after garbage pickup day and returned to the side or back of the house.
* No littering or dumping.
* No ATV’s or dirt bikes.
* No hunting, discharging or carrying firearms.
* The primary renter is responsible for any fines or tickets incurred due to community rule violations.

Safety and Privacy: 

The Property has security cameras placed in the backyard area, the driveway, and the front door. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund.

Guest Age: 

The primary renter should be at least 25 years old. We kindly ask you to provide a government-issued ID for verification.

Parking: 
The driveway can accommodate up to 6 vehicles.

Pets Policy: 
Pets are welcome with pre-approval. There is an additional $50 cleaning fee per pet. Service Animals are always welcome with a valid certification.

Please note that to use the amenities each guest is required to purchase a guest’s badge for a fee of $15 per day.
