Failed to meet expectations
Advertising this venue as a Luxury" stay is inaccurate. This is a common apartment with well worn furnishing with marked up walls, bland cabinets and meager decor. The promised parking pass was not provided at check-in. We were fight for limited visitor parking slot to be prevent being towed from an aggressive tow service. The bath towels were stained and not worthy of car rags. There were no cleaning supplies, no kitchen towels, oven mats or hand towels. The in counter dishwasher was not secured or installed correctly and just pulled out of the counter when opening the door. We obviously did not use the appliance. The nightstand drawers had dirt in them and one had pubic hairs present. We purchased our own cleaning supplies to clean and sanitize surfaces. When plugging in a charger we found dirt and broken glass behind the sofa. The dryer lint trap was over stuffed with months (perhaps years?) of lint build up. The lint door had to be removed in order to clear the obstruction of lint. We contacted the host that promised to correct the issues but all actions were late or non-responsive. The missing parking pass was delivered the night before checkout (4 days late), cleaning person arrived to clean up broken glass did not speak English and could not communicate. A maintenance crew arrived on day 3 to clean the dryer lint after we had already informed the host that we corrected the problem ourselves. Overall a disappointing experience and poor service by host.
