This house is a colonial style house with lots of space! The fully fenced backyard would be great for the kids or little companions.

The first level of this house consists of the living room kitchen and dining area, a full bathroom and two bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 has two twin size beds.
Bedroom #2 has a twin over full bunk bed.

Going upstairs you will find two bedrooms and another full bathroom.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed.
The fourth bedroom has a full size bed.

The basement has another living area with a half bathroom with the laundry room on the other side.

This was a pet-friendly house with plenty of beds. We have stayed at many highly rated VRBO's without complaints or issues. This VRBO is just rated too high for what it has to offer. I think 7-8 is fair out of 10. When we arrived, after dark, the house did not have a front working light other than a motion detector connected to the camera. The address was not visible from the street. The side door light was not working. The living light had a strobe effect. We tried to communicate this to the host; however, that was ignored. Instead, we received a message asking if we were leaving early for the cleaners to come earlier. The host had scripted polite messages; however, they did not address concerns that were specifically addressed to them. The home was adequate for our needs, but clearly needs TLC (deep cleaning, fixing shower doors, scuffs, and missing smoke detectors. The property is not as stated. It would be best for an honest listing so that people can decide on their comfort levels.

July 4th in Michigan

The house was great for our family. We had plenty of rooms, space and loved the fire pit! We also met friendly neighbors and enjoyed the MI fireworks. It was conveniently located for us being 35 minutes from Whitemore Lake and 15 minutes from Livonia. We had a wonderful breakfast at Detroit Perk Coffee House.

Beautiful property!!!

Check in process was a breeze! Nice, quiet neighborhood, very accessible to freeways and restaurants. Super roomy, and even had toys for the little kids! Only thing that was missing was a dustpan, which really wasn't a problem because the cleaning crew was super prompt! Cant wait to come home and stay at this property again!
