*Located 24 minutes from Laurel and 45 minutes from Hattisburg, Ms.
*You will love how quiet our tiny home is down a long lane ,on the edge of the woods in Hot Coffee, Ms.
*Relax on the porch with a cup of coffee.
*Kick back and soak in the nature that surrounds you.
The space
This a 1 bedroom tiny home with a loft bedroom overhanging the porch! It has a small kitchenette with a fridge, stovetop, microwave, & coffeepot. It is stocked with the essentials! The bathroom has a shower only! It is a lovely, wooded setting!
Other things to note
Unplug and relax! There is no television but we do have wifi access.
In keeping this family friendly there is absolutely no smoking, drinking, parties or extra people allowed!
Please respect these rules.

We are a family of 6 that live on the same properties as our rentals. We have a labradoodle named River who is super friendly and a flock of hens. The quiet of the countryside is where we are the happiest.

The Hot Coffee area is a quiet location which we love.
What makes this property unique
Our property has a spring fed creek which flows along the backside of it. Its a favorite of ours in the heat of the summer.
