We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville. This place was perfect for me an my friend. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The host was very accommodating and checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend staying here! We hope to come back next year for CMA Fest.

This family-friendly basement rental was a nice, comfortable space for a small group of up to four people. The shared restroom and a table for two met our needs, and the hot plate, portable conventional oven, and microwave made it easy to prepare simple meals. You can hear some footsteps from upstairs, but they were not disruptive. Although the upstairs family has direct access to the basement through steps leading into the sitting room, we were not disturbed at any time during our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and well-kept space. The host responds in a timely manner and is very welcoming.

Kristi answered all questions in a timely manner. The property was clean and all amenities listed were available, along with things like coffee and tea in the kitchen and comfy blankets, decor and books. The only thing, it was not in the listing that the rental is a basement apt, not a small house. Overall though, a comfortable space convenient to downtown Nashville.

The space was nice and welcoming. My only complaint is that the temperature controls for the property are all in the main part of the house. We did message the owner and she adjusted it to our request but it felt awkward asking. Then once we all settled in for night we didn’t want to bother again with another request. It would be nice to have private temperature controls for the rental. Otherwise, property was clean and comfortable.
