Are you a horse Trainer, Jockey or traveling Nurse? Coming to Hot Springs for several months and looking for a safe convenient place to stay that's affordable for an extended stay? We will discount this property for any of the above to $65 a night for a 30 night+ stay.

Spacious living area with a smart TV,, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with a large shower/tub, large bedroom with TV, & USB chargers thru-out. Private fenced yard with BBQ grill. You can enjoy hikes up & around the mountain less than a mile out the front door. Walk or drive along a shady Historic District street of houses to downtown, bathhouses row, many stores, & of course the national park and its' famous waters. Extra guests? What makes this property unique
Because of Arkansas's humid weather, bugs (flies, moths, ants, spiders, walking sticks, water bugs, mosquitoes, etc.) & wildlife such as skunks, raccoons, opossums, squirrels, fox, armadillos, snakes, mice, owls, &/or other wildlife may be present on or near the property. Sometimes the bugs get into the house, even though we spray at least monthly.
