Very nice property well appointed. Very close ‘15 min walk to the junction of west Seattle were their are dozens of bars restaurants to choose from.Also bus line with non stop service into Seattle or to water taxi. Portable air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom were an unexpected plus.

I had a great stay. The unit was affordable, very clean, and in an excellent location.There was a minor issue checking in due to a typo in the electronic lock information, but it was resolved quickly. The host called me immediately after I sent a text and was extremely responsive and helpful.Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

Ryan’s place has everything you might need plus some nice features we really appreciated. We had a good amount of space, more than we normally have in Seattle. The bathroom was small but really nice with a rain shower head, hot water and fluffy towels. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well each night. There is a window air conditioner which we kept on during the night but blows on one side of the bed. The washer/dryer combo worked well and we were happy to have it. The area was quiet, we never had trouble finding a parking spot and loved walking into town. The stairs up to the home were not a problem for us. We liked staying here.

It is a lovely light-filled airy apartment. For us the long flight of stairs to entry was difficult with heavy luggage. TV was hard to maneuver, though host was very helpful. Would be good to have a rubber mat in tub. And some more info would be helpful about how far it is from central Seattle and even from the Seattle Junction (many blocks) But everything was so clean, bed and bedding so comfortable, all so spacious. And price very affordable.

We were visiting some friends. The place was perfect for us. It is a perfect 1 bedroom apartment, almost like a hotel room. Super quiet even though it is on a main avenue.

Very Accommodating Host

My husband and two of our friends stayed here for a couple days before our cruise out of Seattle. Ryan was super flexible with our arrival time and very responsive to our questions. The space was just large enough for two couples and the pull out bed in the living room was surprisingly comfortable. Loved that there was coffee, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets which allowed us to quick wash the few clothes we used during our stay so as to NOT take dirty clothes on our cruise. Note to anyone with mobility issues, the stairs up to the property are steep and if you're bringing large luggage it's a struggle up to the property. This might be an issue for some to consider. We were lucky that my husband and my friend's husband could get our stuff up and down. That's not a knock on this property, just factual. We actually had a GREAT stay and loved the neighborhood which has many good restaurants and a store within walking distance. I would TOTALLY stay here again.
