The unit was exactly as described. Amazing location to Siesta Key Beach and was a very easy going experience from start to finish. The host was very courteous and made checking in and out a breeze!

Spectacular panoramic sea view was the only accurate description of this property. We spent a week at this property, spending 450.00 a night plus fees. My initial communication with the host included an accurate description was imperative, the listing or host never disclosed there was ongoing construction in the building. Windows and sliding doors were being replaced throughout the building. For three days of our stay, eight hours a day, there was constant drilling, banging, workers monopolizing the elevator. The workers were outside my daughter’s bedroom while she was asleep. Tried to lower the paper blind to find the string did not work, my husband had to pull on it so hard, it was rotted & debris fell all over the window sill & bed. Contacted owner, real estate agent, to be given excuses about how the work was delayed, & offered to let us leave and not be charged. It was Thanksgiving week, week minimum stays so moving to a new location was not possible. Other problems we experienced, dishwasher rack had no rollers, dryer did not work, handyman came, plugged it in for it to only work for a minute, furniture was covered with cheap nylon covers not as pictured in listing, king pillows had queen pillow cases, towels were dingy, air vent was filthy, two filter replacement lights on refrigerator, & no instructions for televisions. Owner stated she already ordered a new dishwasher, washer and dryer but did not want to inconvenience us, so she was aware of these problems.

IF YOU WERE SO MISSRABLE WHY DIDNT YOU LEAVE ?YOU TOLD ME THAT YOU DONT WANT TO PACK AND UNPACK ! I OFFERED MULTIPLE TIMES NO CANCELATION CHARGE NO FEES !! YES YOU COULD MOVE ANYWHERE I OFFERED TO FIND YOU A PLACE THERE ARE PLENTY OF HOTELS. BUT YOU WANTED TO STAY/ COMPLAIN AND ASKING FOR MONEY BACK . you are complaining about pillow cases ? the closets are full of towels and linen ,it does not look like it bothered you as i have 30 towel left to wash. i sent an handy men to check on the dryer to find out it is was mysteriously not plugged to the wall. you are a nightmare of every host> there will be no money back if that what you are planning. DISHWASHER WORKS ! DRYER WORKS ! DO NOT PUT WORDS IN MY, OF WHAT I DID AND DIDNT TELL YOU ! LAST IT IS NO ONE BUSINESS TO SHARE MY PROFFESSION I THINK YOU ARE CROSSING THE LINE HERE!
