Beautiful Panoramic View of the Gulf of Mexico and unobstructed city views from this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath non-smoking condo with two large bedrooms. One room has a king-size bed and the other has two queen-size beds. We provide beach towels, umbrella and toys. Unit is directly across the street (100 yards) from the world famous Siesta Key Public Beach, which is consistently rated in the top ten beaches in the USA - recently ranked #1! For families, this is the only stretch of beach on Siesta with lifeguards on duty as well as concessions and public restrooms. It is extremely convenient, family friendly and safe. This 6th floor unit is quiet, private, and spacious and is one of only 24 units located in this 7 story building. Recently renovated, it features new appliances (including washer and dryer) and furnishings, 3 flat screen TV's, BluRay/DVD player, and wi-fi. All the comforts of home. A short walk, bike ride or free trolley takes you to Siesta Key Village 'The Village' where you will find numerous bars, restaurants and shops! Fantastic views!

Great Condo; Great Views

The first thing that strikes you when you walk into this condo are the wonderful views thanks to two walls of sliding glass doors in the main living space that look out to the beach for beautiful sunsets and back across the island toward Sarasota. This condo was perfect for my husband and I and our friend, who was traveling with us, as we had separate bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. Our host provided ample towels, including beach towels, plus beach chairs, an umbrella and even beach toys for families. The beach access is directly across the street. The pool, too, is a very nice alternative to the beach. Our host was a great communicator and easy to reach before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend this condo for its location, comfort and convenience.

Great Stay with a great view

Really enjoyed our stay, place was clean, well equipped with beach gear and chairs, great view of beach and the pool area was beautiful and clean.

Never Ending View

Property was as described. Fit us perfectly. Can’t say enough about the views. You either looked at the Gulf or downtown Sarasota which I didn’t think would be anything exciting but at night it was splendid. Disappointed it’s already rented for next year.

Second Visit to this Condo

This was our second time to stay at this condo. We are already hoping to book it for a 2025 visit. The hosts, Bill and Julie, go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect before and during the visit. This unit, the location, and view made for a relaxing 2 weeks.

Christmas at the Beach

Had a great time celebrating the Holiday at this condo in Siesta Key. Location is perfect with beach access just across the street and about halfway between the North and South ends of the beach that both have shopping and dining. No need to drive to those locations as there is a trolley stop in front of the building that will get you to and from. The Condo itself was very nice with plenty of our room for our family of 5. Owners were great to work with and communicated regularly with us leading up to and after our trip.
