Very sparse. Closets are all locked. Clean. No luxury at all.Pre war building. Very good location. Window unit air times 2. Very small bathroom. Good for single person who just needs a place to stay. Management is professional and responsive.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you appreciated the cleanliness, location, and our responsive communication — those are always a priority. To clarify for future guests: while the building is pre-war, the apartment itself is not “very sparse” as described. It features a 65” Smart TV, chimney-style TV stand, large area rug, ornamental plants, and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size fridge, oven, microwave, air fryer, multifunction cooker, coffee maker, and all utensils. The bathroom is standard size for this type of construction and includes a full bathtub, rain shower with hot/cold water, toilet, sink, and a large mirror with storage. The bedroom offers two pole racks (10 hangers each), a 6-drawer dresser, a wardrobe with mirrored doors, and two large nightstands. The main closets are locked only to store extra linens, snacks, toiletries, and towels provided to guests. We’ve hosted up to 3 guests comfortably with no complaints about space or comfort. This isn’t a luxury listing — and we don’t market it as such — but it is clean, thoughtfully equipped, professionally managed, and in a prime location. That’s exactly what many of our guests love. This place was great. It was exactly as it was advertised. Katia the host was excellent and very accommodating to all requests. Location is perfect and the view of the city is amazing. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. We requested to drop off our luggage early, but Katia had the apartment ready for us to check in. We chose to uber and not test the transit system, but there are bus stops on either side of the building within steps. It was easy access to everything if we came back during the summer it would be easier to walk to most everything you would need. I highly recommend this place. It’s not luxury and it wasn’t advertised that way. It was perfect for what it was advertised as and the host is amazing!!!
