Overall the property was just ok. There was no hot water to take showers for two daysThe hot tub in the room did not work coffee pot was disgusting and could not use the bathroom with the king bed the sink was leaking brim behind and had to search for extra towels since this was a private rental through Vrbo we could not get anything or help from house keeping. Also listing should have the information that water park passes are not included. Had some very disappointed grand children we were not allowed to purchase passes to water park since was a private rental through Vrbo

Unit was much larger and more spacious than it looked in the pictures, we were pleasantly surprised. Condo contact was quick with responses to our questions. There were a few small things we didn’t care for about the condo. The king bed was very firm and the tv remote in the king bedroom was broken. The soap provided seemed watered down but, we brought our own with anyway. I also liked the air freshener sent, but it was a little overpowering throughout the whole condo. Overall a great trip though, the condo was a hit with our family of 6 and our family had plenty of room to relax!

Our first impression when we walked in, was that it’s spacious. The condo is fully equipped for a long stay with the amenities of a home. However, once we settled in we noticed the following areas of concern.- Vrbo did not provide the room number. We tried to call and message the owner and called Vrbo customer service.- Our room was not clean. Dirty floors, mirrors, dust and huge smudges on refrigerator.- Window in main area is cloudy. The seal is bad and you can barely see out.-Whirlpool control panel doesn’t work. With this being a main feature of the room, pressing the buttons multiple times is concerning. -The fan above whirlpool is extremely loud and can’t be turned off.- The extra bedroom tv doesn’t work.-The main tv remote doesn’t work properly. You can’t select shows or movies. Scroll through every channel is outdated.-Master bathroom shower should have a stool for shampoo and soap - There should be more than 1 luggage rack to match the accommodations - Kitchen sink faucet is loose and wobbly.- The refrigerator leaks water onto the first shelf and all of our things got wet. - The description doesn’t say whether there’s a balcony or not. We felt a bit trapped in the room especially with the windows bolted to only open 3 inches. - We were surprised that the building has no staff. The front desk is not occupied and there is no one on the property to contact for any reasons or concerns. - Because of these reasons, we left a day earlier dissatisfied.

The penthouse was awesome. Went to try out the in unit hot tub first night. Doesn't work. Went to wash up in bathroom first night. Drain on sink was disconnected water all over the bathroom floor. Messaged host said he would get ahold of maintenance. Maybe for the next sucker but not for us. Never saw maintenance never got to use jacuzzi. I reconnected the bathroom sink drain myself. Left a night early to come home.
