Nestled on 5 treed acres, this fully updated 4600 sq. ft home accommodates up to 21 guests in 8 bdrms (2 master suites) 4.5 baths & a large 2 car garage. Features fast WI-FI, 7 smart TV's. Heated Pool (May 1-Sept 30), Hot Tub, Pac Man arcade, Shuffleboard, lots of parking, grassy yards, walking trails, a fire pit area with wood provided, a 3 level tree fort w/ a 160 foot zip line! Located just 7 short mins to a large grocery store and 20 mins to N. Spokane. Close to many lakes and ski Mountains.

This 5 acre property is very private and mostly treed. The back 3 acres is fully fenced. There are walking trails that wind through the back acreage and to the fort/zip line. This home is easy to get to on paved roads, with less than a half mile of gravel that takes you right to the house.

The house is all on one level with Panorama Suite on the east end along with 2 other bedrooms. The West Wing has the other 5 bedrooms and kitchenette. The kitchen/dining is in the middle with a family room on one side, and a sunken living room on the other side.

We live nearby but keep our garden and chickens at this property. We do visit the back property by the shops to care for the garden (in the summer) and the chickens year round. We do not interact with guests and respect your complete privacy in the home and fenced yards during your stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Kindly leave home in general condition it was found including making sure all items and TV remotes are returned to their correct location.
No need to make or strip beds. Please use laminated signs on any beds that were 100% not used. If you used the red sofa-bed please leave it out and open w/ bedding on. Do not put it back in the tub.
Please wash & dry 2 loads of towels using the mtr bath laundry & the main laundry using QUICK wash cycles. Leave clean/dry towels in dryer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Neglecting to cover the pool overnight will result in a charge of $50/night left uncovered.Failure to cover hot tub if not in use for 2+HRS $10/hr fee
Adult supervision of minors is required at all times pool is being used. No glass allowed in the hot tub, pool or pool walkways. No diving.
I agree to examine zip line for hazards before use and will supervise any minors and ensure that they understand and follow all safety guidelines.

Great Family Reunion

It's really a beautiful and spacious place. The pool, hot tub and yard was wonderful. We loved the diving board and had fun with the zip line. Everything was very clean and we loved having so many rooms with our large family.

Great property to spend time with family!! So many options for activities and we did it all- swimming, pool side talks, zip line fun, hot tub, swing for the littles, shuffle board, camp fires and more! The lay out of the house made it private for all and I loved the open kitchen for cooking and conversation! Very clean and the host was extremely responsive!

Where to begin ?!?! Upon booking the home on line I truly had no idea how wonderful our stay would be. The home was very well appointed and exceeded our needs. The kitchen is well stocked with every cooking item you may need or want …. basic essentials such as spices… storage containers…tin foil, etc are also provided … cookware is all in fabulous condition. Lovely dishes and silverware were ample enough for our family and a few guests. It is obvious the home owner is thoughtful about design and detail. The separate seating areas provided areas for people to rest or talk depending on how they were feeling that day. Two separate laundry rooms are thoughtfully located in the home with top of the line appliances… complete with detergent! The outdoor area complete with a heated pool and hot tub. …. Situated on 5 private acres…. Located down a gravel road … past some cows and horses ….! Very quiet and peaceful while enjoying an early morning coffee on the back deck or beside the pool. Close enough to basic grocery shopping for convenience, but far enough to just hear the sounds of nature. The bedrooms are comfortable with soft sheets and separate thermostats in some rooms. Bath towels galore !!! Pool towels !!! Baby monitors !!! Accessible shower chair … There was not a single need that was not met !!! The only regret was that we didn’t book an extra day or so after celebrating our son’s wedding.

We were so thankful to find a home with enough room for our family to come from out of town for our granddaughter's wedding, which was only about 10 minutes away. The home was comfortable and clean, easy to enter, had all of the amenities. The pool was great for the hot weather while there. The kitchen had most all of the equipment we needed for meals and to make some food for the wedding. It is a great home for a large group, where people can go to different rooms to visit, play games, or get away from the crowd. since it has so many rooms. We really enjoyed the game room, swimming pool, and of course, most everyone hangs out in the kitchen with the open dining that was enough room for all of us to eat at once. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home. We would rent again if we had a large group needing a place to stay in Deer Park. We also loved the beautiful scenery, farmlands, and nearby shopping.
