Resort Amenities: Pools, hot tubs, and shared amenities are HOA-managed and may close without notice. Availability is not guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for amenity closures.

Cancellation Fee: A 3% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

Ski Access: Ski-in/ski-out access depends on Lutsen Mountains operations, weather, snow conditions, and trail availability and is outside the host’s control.

Rental Agreement: A short registration form must be completed after booking and before check-in details are released.

Weather: Refunds are not provided for weather, environmental, or air-quality conditions, including snowstorms, icy roads, wildfire smoke, travel disruptions, late arrivals, or early departures. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Great location for Lutsen Mountain skiing

Great stay for alpine racing weekend. Condo was comfortable and easy to walk or ski to main base area.

We booked last minute and received detailed messages right after booking. No issues checking in and the space was perfect for us! We really enjoyed the pools. Only complaint was the indoor pool area was very hot. Would definitely book again!
